Roles and responsibilities

  • Crew Activity planning and Confirmation.
  • Apply National and International maritime regulation and flag requirements.
  • Prepare Crew competence/matrix.
  • Check record and update all Offshore personnel data/ Crew Personnel Files in compliance with regulations.
  • Plan and organize crew changes (visas, travels and all logistics issues)
  • Liaise with seafarers, vessels and affiliates.
  • Identify training needs and contribute to the training plan building and implementation.
  • Ensure that Offshore personnel of the vessels he/she is in charge are properly assessed both on performance and competences register records and use it for training, promotion.
  • Reporting

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

  • University Degree / Higher National Diploma in a Science or Social Science Discipline
  • Added certifications in a function related course or discipline is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3-5 years work experience in Crewing
