Roles and responsibilities

BOURBON SUBSEA SERVICES are the BOURBON Business Unit dedicated to offshore subsea operations.

From vessel charter to turnkey projects, our team provide our clients with a full range of services to assist at every stage of the life of their oil and gas, and wind turbine fields, from the survey and exploration phases, during the subsea construction and operation, through to dismantling.

With our 642 employees, our fleet of 11 IMR vessels +1 in 2023 (including 10 Bourbon Evolution 800) and 33 ROVs, Bourbon Subsea Services operate around the world to find the best solutions for our customers. ⚓

Reporting Line: HR Business Partener

 

Missions

As a member of the HR team and under the responsibility of the HRBP, you will have to work closely with your team to carry out your tasks.

• Preparation of trips for offshore management and staff. 

• Booking tracking (tickets, hotels) for the CODIR and the needs linked to the projects team

• Visa Management and Tracking 

• Coordination with local officer and project manager 

•Missions Orders, 

• Invoice Validation and Tracking 

• Any administratives tasks on request 

• Completion of any additional tasks given by the manager

 

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

Profile

 

• second-year university level

• Good level in English 

• Minimum 3 years of international experience 

• dynamic, methodical and rigorous, listening to the teams, 

• Master of Office Pack (Outlook/Word/Excel/Power Point).
