Rôles et responsabilités
Mission:
Prepare and follow technical, commercial and contractual offers in accordance with customer expectations for projects involving ships, ROVs and multiple subcontractors as needed, in a “charter” type contract.
Responsibilities, Authority And Accountabilities:
-Tendering team management and workload coordination for Chartering activities
-«Bid / No Bid» process management and bid strategy definition.
-Chartering tenders review (incl. scope of work, terms and conditions, main risks, costing, qualifications, etc)
-Ad-hoc support to Bid Manager support during clarification phases.
-Short term competition analysis (incl. key user of Tendering market intelligence tool)
-Tendering tools development, improvement and regular update coordination (costing, securing tendering process workflow, etc)
-CRM timely update follow-up and improvement coordination
-Track record list regular update.
Tenders internal review coordination (weekly – recently updated opp, monthly – complete list of opp, when required – specific vessel pipeline)

Profil
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering school
English : fluent
8 years with experience in the maritime industry and a minimum of 2 years in tendering and/or chartering activities
