Roles and responsibilities

- Organize operational supply chain support and optimize local delivery

Expected Outcomes:

·         Weekly follow-up

KPIs:

·         Delivery time

 

- Manage suppliers’ relationship and audit to optimize supplier portfolio with the Quality representative

Expected Outcomes:

·         Suppliers portfolio

KPIs:

·         % of critical supplier audited

 

- Follow the purchasing status for all the fleet

Expected Outcomes:

·         On time information on PR and PO

KPIs:

·         Duration of the process

 

- Manage regular surveys on the market and its changes

Expected Outcomes:

·         Improvement suggestions

KPIs:

·         Reduction of costs

 

- Report internally and to Corporate Supply chain activities and results as requested for continuous improvement of the process

Expected Outcomes:

·         Efficiency of the supply chain

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

·         Ensure Purchase Requests are achieved by an efficient supply chain management

·         Optimize shipment of parts and supplies for vessels at best cost quality and delivery time
