2.1 Role and Responsibilities
(a) Accomplishes project objective by planning and evaluating project activities via Project Action Plan.
(b) Accomplishes human resource objective by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees.
(c) Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions, planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.
(d) Achieves operational objective by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing actions plans, implementing production, productivity, quality and client service standard, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.
(e) Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing and annual budget, scheduling expenditure, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
(f) Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional organizations.
(g) Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
2.2 Operational Management
(a) To verify the project planning document overall project budgetary from Subsea Operation Manager.
(b) To initiate kick-off meeting and pre-mob meeting with subcontractors/vendors.
(c) To ensure equipment readiness prior to mobilization.
(d) Review and issue Mobilization Notices to appointed sub-contractors.
(e) Organize Asset Utilization meeting weekly as required by Underwater Operation procedure.
(f) Review and verify the variation work order issued by client.
(g) Review and issue Demobilization Notices to appointed sub-contractors.
2.3 Contract & Procurement
(a) Verify work/service completed during project for C&P department to proceed with project claim purposes.
(b) Clarify with client regarding variation order in scope of work. Review the record of work/service certification before submission to Subsea ROV Operation Manager.
2.4 Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)
(a) To notify QHSE department in the event of new infrastructure or new employee for assessment of work environmental factors and conditions.
2.5 Human Resource
(a) To update project personal file and database for HR reference purposes.
2.6 General
(a) Ensure that all records and documents are in accordance to the Control of Records procedure.
(b) To comply with all ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 quality management system related documentations especially those pertaining to the integrity of respective departments in line with the QMS policy.
