Roles and responsibilities

·         Responsible for implementing & monitoring BOURBON maintenance policy.

·         Contribution into PMP/Docking budget preparation.

·         Control & monitor the CAPEX technical cost vs budget during PMP.

·         PMP execution in accordance with BOURBON rules/requirements.

·         Management of all docking activities to support PMP

·         Visit vessels which are planned for PMP under VTI for class renewal if                  work load permits.

·         Support in PMP Preparation and follow-up of projects using VesselMan

·         Daily review of project cost with cost controller during dry docking.

·         Daily review and follow up of all supply delivered for the PMP, inventory              update in CMMS

·         To respect miles stones of project.

·         To respect budgeted amount for PMP.

·         Weekly reporting of PMP preparation.

·         Daily reporting of PMP as per BOURBON procedure

·         Prepare project reports, forecasts, variance explanations and other                    financial or technical reports as required by management

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

·         Hold at least a A BSC degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture,              Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or alternate equivalent                  qualification.

·         Management of dry-docking experience would be an advantage

·         Marine experience in engine room

·         International project management exposure

·         Have excellent knowledge of MS Office/ Excel skills

·         Sound organization skills and able to interact, produce and report with a              professional approach at all times;

·         Have a detail-oriented mindset and pay attention to details.

·         Work independently and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural                      environment;

·         A perfect command of French and English is mandatory.
