Roles and responsibilities

-Support the Head of Stock by ensuring accurate stock master data, inventory references, and reliable reporting in ERP systems.

-Create, update, and maintain stock and spare parts references in ERP systems (Oracle), including codification, descriptions, units, and attributes.

- Contribute to group stock visibility, data integrity, and harmonization by providing structured data support 

-Support data cleansing and harmonization of stock master data.

-Process stock‑related ERP transactions (receipts, issues, transfers) as instructed by the Stock Coordinator

-Ensure traceability and documentation of transactions

- Extract stock data and prepare basic KPI reports (stock levels, discrepancies, accuracy)

- Apply the stock procedures, templates, and forms established in our quality management system.

-Maintain organised stock documentation and records

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration or any other alternate relevant qualification.

-Hold as minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, stock, logistics or data-oriented roles.

-Exposure to ERP Systems and advanced Excel is an advantage.

-Has a detail-oriented approach and sound analytical skills.

-Practical knowledge of inventory systems.
