Roles and responsibilities
Responsabilities
- Assist in planning and executing logistics strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, logistics partners and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to ensure the performance of the organization and identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Support the preparation of shipping documents and maintain accurate records of shipments
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to troubleshoot logistics issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and safety standards within the logistics process.
- Lead initiatives to improve logistics processes through technology and innovative solutions
Expected outcome
- Ensure delivery of Goods to final customers, according to expectations (PMP planning, preventive maintenance, unschedule maintenance)
- Accurate Reporting and KPIs
- Applying price list and frame agreements
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs processes
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance requirements
- Understanding of Logistics management principles
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
Basic knowledge in logistics software and tools

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
- Degree in the relevant fields linked to Logistics
- Good understanding of global Logistics stakes and risks (flow management, customer orientation, project orientation)
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in appropriate software and tool
Fluent in English
Experiences
- Being a Logistics Officer, previous experience as a Logistics coordinator or sales administrations or similar position.
