Roles and responsibilities

Carries out the recruitment and selection activities for Onshore and offshore in compliance with the policies, procedures and practices established by the company.

Carry out Induction and monitors quantitative and qualitative admissions by carrying out follow-up interviews to ensure effective integration
Prepare the Recruitment plan and regular reports on recruitment progress
Maintains a database with potential candidates for different positions to cover vacancies whenever necessary.
Use recognized recruitment agencies and other sources as appropriate, including universities, to find competent personnel.
Announce internally and advertise in the LinkedIn
 Monitors mobility (transfers, promotions, changes of area and/or geography) and exit interviews and work on the replacements from internal or external
Anticipate recruitment needs in order to recruit in a timely manner.
 Recommend involvement in recruitment events and arrange recruitment campaigns as required and in line with the Company’s needs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

1- Appropriate higher education and good administrative capability (diploma HR Management; Psychology and Law is preferable)
2- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the maritime industry in a similar role (knowledge of maritime requirements).
3- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Compliance.
4- Very good communication in Portuguese
5- Must be resourceful, self-motivated and with a good command of English
6- Good administrative ability and competent in the use of PCs (including Outlook, Word , Excel , Power Point, etc)
