Position description

Roles and responsibilities

- Support process owners to develop processes and documentation;

- Verify consistency and conformity of QMS controlled documents through document validation;

- Ensure control of documents and records indicated in Affiliate processes;

- Recommend new documents or records to corresponding Process Owner when necessary;

- Assist in designing and distributing stakeholder satisfaction surveys (Seafarer Satisfaction, Ship Manager Satisfaction, and Ad-Hoc Surveys);

- Collect, organize, and analyze survey data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the Management team;

- Assist in tracking the Seafarer Career Path and measuring progress on key performance metrics;

- Manage audits, inspections, non-conformities, awards, complaints, and suggest improvements;

- Ensure root cause analysis for process deviations, non-conformities, and observations;

- Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits of SRPSs, ensuring compliance with Maritime regulations & BOURBON standards;

- Collaborate with the Internal & External Manning Quality Assurance Lead to track and follow up on non-conformance (NC) and observations (Obs) identified during audits;

- Campaigns, Webinars, Newsletters, and Social Media coordination and publication;

- Provide seamless backup support to teammates and handle position-related tasks

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

-Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or any other alternate related field.;

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance role;

- Familiarity with stakeholder satisfactions surveys and data analysis;

- Exposure to regulatory compliance in Marine Industry and/or Oil and Gas industry will be a plus

- Demonstrate good listening and communication skills;

- Sound organisation skills and rigorous with a professional approach at all times;

- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines;

- Willing to work independently and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment;

- Have an excellent knowledge of MS Office/ Excel skills; and

- A good command of French and English is essential.
