CMMS Project Coordinator M/F

Roles and responsibilities

Manage as Project Manager the CMMS upgrade from current version to R11 to ensure maintenability and stability of the software TA by Ulysses provider for Bourbon Mobility Fleet in step 1

- Manage project Task Assistant migration to R11 with Business and Business Expert Contributors: BMO technical standards, BTS, BMO Supply Chain, BGES, Bourbon IT

- Organize Kick off and steering comittees (invitations, executive summary, status, key decisions presentation, MoMs, cascading decisions to streams / contributors)

- Manage Streams committees / workshops with necessary internal (BMO, BGES, BTS) / external stakeholders (software provider, others) from the Kick off with weekly animation based on project planning

- Ensure that workshops by streams are organized with contributors, objectives and clear deliverables from each parties (Technical, Supply chain, BGSEs, Bourbon, Providers)

- To monitor that the modifications provided for in the RFQ are taken into account by provider Ulysses and the working functions / flows are validated by the contributors

- Ensure that program of tests is defined and conducted as per needed based on provider / contributors proposals, and tests findings are corrective until successful test prior deployment Live

- Ensure planning and budget follow-up with contributors and review with his/her Manager

- Ensure escalation to Manager / Steering committee for deviation (planning, ressources, cost, complexity)

Secure project trajectory:

Assistance and support to project board and governance (quality, costs vs budget, delays, risks, benefits)

Support project Board arbitration with transversal information and perspective

Set up required tools to ensure project management

Secure Ulysses process and solution with business needs

Challenge Ulysses to ensure balance btween solution and business need while keeping the closest solution to on the shelve

Guarantee best functional target for BMO (ensure business needs are met >Assist business referents in all project related tasks (design workshop, open points processing, documents review, recette, etc)

Ensure Change management

Define Change management strategy and communication plan by contributors

Coordinate and support the deployment of communication plan and change management plan

Ensure that training plan with resources is defined and follow up deployment

Support Key users at project pilot stage

Ensure integration of system into IT infrastructure

Coordinate workshops related to Master data referential impacted by project

Coordinate workshops related to interfaces deployment (for supply chain ORACLE & MyTower)

6 month project - 3 full days per week from kick off until migration then full time (2 months) to develop additional functions in step 2 as defined in RFQ

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

  • Able to manage project with tools of project management (organizing streams meetings, steerings, MoMs, presentation at Steering, executive summary)
  • Not digital expert, able to understand the architecture and interactions between Sofwtare suppliers and BGES / Bouron IT
  • Sens of communication – reporting skills – presentation Powerpoint
  • At least 3 successful project managed and / or 3 to 5 years in Project Management – industrial with digital content
