Roles and responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare performance dashboards and comparative analyses of manning agencies, including quality indicators, compliance status, and cost efficiency.
- Audit the internal and external manning sites with focus on: Quality & Safety Management, Recruitment and Placement of offshore personnel, Employment contracts, Assessment/training/career, social coverage and Compliance according to MLC 2006 and Bourbon HR/Crewing Standards.
- Support to investigate and improve the panel of approved external manning agencies, in line with Company policies.
- Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of internal audits of manning operations, ensuring compliance with Maritime regulations & BOURBON standards.
- Assist in preparing guidelines and instructions for manning agencies.
- Assist in the communication with external manning agencies.
- Maintain audit schedules, track and follow-up on non-conformities and observation logs.
- Support head of departments by contributing to the analysis of existing practices related to manning, payroll and cost control activities.
- Provide relevant report to management as required.
- Perform any other cognate duties as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
Your profile:
- Hold as minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process, audit and/or in an administrative support position.
- Knowledge in quality assurance and exposure to regulatory compliance Marine Industry and/or Oil and Gas industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and ability to operate specific software programmes related to the department.
- Ability to work and adapt in a complex and challenging environment.
