You will report to the QHSE & Projects Director.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
· Checking application of HSE and DP procedures
· Checking job maintenance follow up of security and safety equipment (UJ and VTI gaps)
· Perform full Drill and check board application and knowledge (roles, equipments, etc.) and write complete report.
· Checking followup and closure of internal and external audits
· Perform “incident investigation” training + acknowledgement information
· Perform a vessel tour and make sure Masters always realize one at each onboarding
· Perform Hazard Hunt with crew
· Checking the implementation of learnt lessons after last incidents
· Checking application of consumable purchase order instruction (4 months, 1 month, on demand). Check PPE and medic stock.
· Perform HSE meeting
· Train crew to Smartpal use
· Relay last QMS dispatch
You have a significant experience as Chief Mate or Master within BOURBON or Oil & Gas Company, knowing perfectly industry standards.
You have a good understanding of SMS, Bourbon policies and thorough knowledge of deck operations on board AHTS & PSV, offshore supply vessels and crew boat operations.
You have a strong ability to perform analysis.
You know how to use Digital tools such as I Auditor.
You are known for being well organised, rigorous with good interpersonal skills and pedagogical skills
