Roles and responsibilities

 

- Coordinate offshore personnel training in accordance with ship managers’ requirements.

- Manage registration and logistics for offshore personnel participating in training program.

- Initiate the creation of new training suppliers in compliance with internal procedures.

- Record data and documentation related to training as per procedure;

- Prepare regular reports and update training dashboards to reflect current data.

- Contribute to payroll management with accurate and timely training activities entries in HRIS;

- Ensure accurate invoices and training expenses related to training;

- Follow up re-invoicing of training outlays;

- Monitor and control training costs to ensure compliance with the approved budget.

- Provide seamless back up support to other teammates;

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

- Minimum Higher School Certificate or Equivalent;

- Experience in a similar position or in an administrative position;

- Knowledge of Marine Industry and/or Oil and Gas industry is a plus;

- Demonstrate good listening and communication skills;

- Sound organisation skills and rigorous with a professional approach at all times;

- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines;

- Willing to work independently and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment;

- Have an excellent knowledge of MS Office/ Excel skills; and

- A good command of French and English is essential.
