Roles and responsibilities

- Provide Employment Contract and Addendum as per Crewing department requirements;

- Collaborate with Crewing department to ensure Employment Contract and Addendum are aligned with Crew planning;

- Prepare and issue Employment Contract and Addendum while ensuring accuracy as per instructions from Crewing department;

- Ensure that Employment Contract and Addendum are sent to Offshore   Personnel on time as per instructions from Crewing department;

- Prepare reports for management and update dashboards;

-  Ensure that signed Contract and signed Addendum are properly recorded in HRIS and Offshore Personnel’s file;

- Ensure pay components in HRIS matches with Employment contract and Addendum;

- Ensure electronic signature is managed efficiently;

- Provide seam less back up support to other teammates.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

- Minimum Higher School Certificate or alternate equivalent qualification;

- Experience in a similar position or in an administrative position;

- Knowledge of Marine Industry and/or Oil and Gas industry is a plus;

- Demonstrate good listening and communication skills;

- Sound organisation skills and rigorous with a professional approach at all times;

- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines;

- Willing to work independently and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment;

- Have an excellent knowledge of MS Office/ Excel skills; and

- A good command of French and English is essential.
