From vessel charter to turnkey projects, our team provide our clients with a full range of services to assist at every stage of the life of their oil and gas, and wind turbine fields, from the survey and exploration phases, during the subsea construction and operation, through to dismantling.

Reporting Line: Project and Engineering Director
MISSION
•Responsible for engineering deliverables including proposal, design, specifications, reports, studies, R&D, installation procedures, and offshore follow up
•When assigned to a project, involved in all phases of the project: Engineering, procurement, manufacture, fabrication, logistic, installation, and mechanical completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITY AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Engineering part
👉Active adherence to and promotion of company HSE & quality policies and procedures including
👉 To perform installation analysis and to compile procedures and installation methodology for various subsea structures
👉To perform cost estimation and schedule development for installation work
👉 Actively work with other technical functions within Bourbon (Crane Dept, ROV Dept , other affiliates) to ensure that cross-function interfaces are managed.
👉 Support tendering team on technical aspects.
👉 Attend kick-off meetings and regular (weekly, monthly) progress meetings as required.
👉 Examine the contract scope of work to ascertain project engineering work scope to be performed.
👉 Review and approve all Engineering documentation produced by Project or Associate Engineers.
👉 To attend offshore campaign as lead engineer working on various vessels.
👉 Manage Graduate Trainees & Project Engineers or Coordinators.
Project Management
👉 Provide engineering support to the assigned Project in terms of reviewing calculations, document reviews, technical query management, interface management and general project engineering.
👉 Oversee the technical aspects of the mobilization, demobilization, and offshore work.
👉 Acts as a deputy PM and takes over for PM at certain stages of the project.
👉 Any other duties as required by the Project Manager or their delegate.
👉 Reports to Project Manager.
👉 Responsible for financial and technical success of area of project.
👉 Assists and ensures preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP), Project Scope of Work and Change Orders.
👉 Assist in coordination of interfacing activities with subcontractors/vendors, clients and third parties throughout the project life cycle.
👉 Ensure subcontractors/vendors adhere to the delivery schedule and cost.

Profil
Core Competences (As per related Function Requirement + additional ones if necessary).
Leadership, Rigorous, Must be highly organized, excellent communicator
Be able to create accurate budgets and timeframes for projects
Adapt to different type of project and trsucture (T&I/ EPCI)
Schedule software is a plus.
EXPERIENCES
· A Master degree in Engineering. 🎓
· 2 years experiences are required
· Rigorous, Organization, Marine assurance and offshore DNV rules
· Strong English language skills in both written and verbal communication
· Attention to detail, quality and safety. 🦺
· Effective team working skills are essential together with a high degree of self-motivation.
