Roles and responsibilities
Mission
The objective of this role will be to:
To implement and manage efficient management of personnel processes so that the business is performed by competent and engaged people at an optimized cost
Responsible for all core HR processes, activities and deliverables in line with achieving BINL Objectives.
The requirement for this role includes but is not limited to the knowledge and ability to carry out the following on behalf of the organization:
ü Conduct Job Analysis, Job Evaluation and develop job descriptions for every position within the organization.
ü Develop, update and implement Human Resources Policies / Procedures ensuring compliance with applicable statutory laws.
ü Manpower Planning and Resourcing.
ü Manage Employee Orientation, On-boarding and Job Installation process.
ü Performance Management and Talent Improvement Systems/ Processes
ü Competence Management,
ü Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop training Plans ensuring training facilitation.
ü Employee Relations and Welfare Management
ü Organizational Behaviour and Change Management
ü Compensation and Benefits Management with a vast knowledge of current payroll processes
ü Oversee and manage the organization’s payroll
ü Autonomous in Budget Planning, Implementation and Monitoring
ü Familiar with current trends in Employee Discipline management
ü Knowledge of Industrial Relations with a focus on Unionized organizations.
ü Contract Management.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Science Discipline from a recognized University
A Post Graduate HR Certification or Masters in Human Resources will be an asset
Membership of a renowned HR Professional Body (CIPM/SHRM/CIPD) will be an added advantage
Evidence of training in different areas of Human Resources will be an advantage
Experience
ü A minimum of 10 years in a core Human Resource Generalist role with full exposure to all facets of Human Resources is required
ü At least 4 of those years must have been spent in a Managerial role.
ü Previous HR experience in a multinational organization (preferably oil & Gas) will be an added advantage
