MISSION
The Head of HSES Subsea, ROV, Logistics projects is responsible for the development, planning and management of the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems and programs for the organization and its projects. Assist line management in assessing HSES risks and reducing it to a level as low as reasonably practicable / Le responsable des projets HSES Subsea, ROV et Logistique est responsable du développement, de la planification et de la gestion des systèmes et programmes Qualité, Santé, Sécurité et Environnement de l'organisation et de ses projets. Il assiste la direction dans l'évaluation des risques HSES et leur réduction au niveau le plus bas possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead by example in implementing an HSE culture within all Subsea activities -Promoting the BOURBON HSE strategy by means of regular communication to the team; including site and area visits 
-Measuring the HSE performance within Subsea, ROV and logistic activities 
-Manage the HSE team

-Develop and regularly update HSE management system, in coordination with the Bourbon Group 

-Ensure HSE standards and requirements are implemented at affiliate level, for Subcontractors involved in Subsea activities, including internal Subcontractors 

-Monitoring development and issuance of new laws, rules, standards and regulation affecting Subsea 

-Benchmarking on industry HSE best practices 

-Ensuring Subsea HSE incident investigations are performed, communicated when applicable, and lessons learned implemented 

-Leading high profile Subsea incident management cases when necessary 

-Providing support to commercial department for tenders 

-Being the Security focal point for Subsea, ROV and Logistics perimeter 

7. COMPETENCES

-Ability to define and implement HSE strategy 
-Coaching and influencing 
-In-depth knowledge of international HSE regulations and standards (e.g., IMO, IMCA, ISO 45001, OGP/IOGP, MARPOL) 
-Mastery of risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis (e.g., using tools like TapRooT, 5 Whys) 
-Familiarity with marine construction risks: crane ops, SIMOPS, vessel movements, overboarding, and entanglement hazards-
