Roles and responsibilities
ACCOUNTING:
Overseeing accounts of the affiliate in collaboration with the local accounting team
Checking the accuracy and completeness of invoicing data (external invoicing) in collaboration with the contracts managers
Overseeing the bookkeeping of the local expenses (local suppliers, invoices) and ensuring reliability of analytical allocations
MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND BUDGET:
Interfaces with all finance departments to lead local Reporting / Budget
Drafting the budget for the fleet, shore based activities and G&A
Monitoring through critical analysis - variance between budget and actual) for the legal entity accounts, G&A and shore based
TREASURY:
Monitoring the cash management, cash planning and liquidity risk including exchange rates impacts, and currency exchange issues
Follow-up and support proper cash collection form customers
Participate in ensuring compliance with local taxes and GAAPS
Support relationship with local tax authorities
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
Know and ensure application of Bourbon procedures for closings and reporting via software :
Oracle; CAB (finance + Commercial); ICS; Magnitude; Anaplan and TAIG
Manage financial Data : Understand the financial context of the subsidiary, develop and manage budgets, plan and anticipate impacts
Communicate and Motivate : Share the strategic vision, measure and recognize individual contributions
Standards : Know and integrate professional standards and those of BOURBON (OSM, QMS and compliance)
Organize : Respect deadlines, manage time and establish priorities effectively.
Report : Identify and analyze quantitative and qualitative indicators, formalize clear and precise reports using the appropriate tools (Office Pack, IT systems).
