Roles and responsibilities

 ACCOUNTING: Overseeing accounts of the affiliate; Checking the accuracy and completeness of invoicing data; Managing the bookkeeping of the local expenses (local suppliers, invoices) and ensuring reliability of analytical allocations,

 MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND BUDGET: Drafting the budget for the fleet, shore based activities and G&A; Monitoring through critical analysis - variance between budget and actual) for the profitability of the fleet, G&A and shore based.

 TREASURY: Monitoring the cash management, cash planning and liquidity risk including exchange rates impacts, and currency exchange issues.

Participate in ensuring compliance with local taxes and GAAPS

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

Know and apply Bourbon procedures for closings and reporting via software : Oracle, CAB (finance + Commercial), ICS, Magnitude, Anaplan, TAIGA.
