Facility Officer H/F

Roles and responsibilities

The Facility Officer is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant management of company facilities, including maintenance, utilities, vendor coordination and asset management. 

More specifically, your responsabilities will include : 

  • Ensure proper functioning of all office infrastructure (power, water, AC, telecommunications);
  • Monitor consumption and ensure timely payment of utilities (electricity, water, communications); 
  • Manage company vehicle documentation and fuel records;
  • Manage office supplies and procurement;
  • Ensure proper documentation for all administrative payments.
