Roles and responsibilities

Your role as Vessel Manager in Malongo is to act as a central point of coordination between technical, crewing, supply chain, procurement and commercial teams and ensure that operations are aligned with contractual obligations, client requirements, and standards of excellence.

You are responsible for vessel readiness in all respects towards Flag / Class and BOURBON Standards and coordinate all operational aspects of the Crew Boat vessels in charge to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery of services to clients as per BOURBON Standards 

 

Your main tasks will be to:

- Respect operational standards ( HSE & Security)

- Supervision of the crewing 

- Supply Chain coordination & logistics

- Ensure the vessel technical availability 

- Client relationship management

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

Your profile:

  • Degree in Maritime / University, Engineering graduation
  • Master Graduation minimum 500 UMS or  Chief Engineer Graduation minimum 3000 KW
  • Experience as Vessel Manager of at least 10 vessels

 

Position based in Malongo on a rotational schedule of 7 weeks ON/ 7 weeks OFF
