Roles and responsibilities

Ensure the technical availability, HSE responsibility and operations daily follow-up for surfers under Bourbon Mobility Shipmanagement, including compliance to International, flag, class, BMO and clients standards.

 HSE

·         Ensure Bourbon Mobility HSE procedures application ashore and on board

·         Lead incident investigation to bring out root causes and implement corrective actions as necessary,

·         Ensure Boat Landing standards are applied 

 

Operations

·         Apply Bourbon Mobility standards under Bourbon Mobility ship management

·         ensure Bourbon Mobility Software data base is properly filled

·         ensure that the vessels are prepared from internal SRC according operation standards and delivered to clients at Bourbon Mobility and Standards by local Shipmanagers

·         prepare risk assessment as per necessary

·         Analyze and define actions to improve customer feedback

 

Ensure technical availability through:

 · PMP monitoring & control

 

 · UPMP monitoring

·  implementation of corrective actions with local suppliers / support & Crew  

 

 

Vessels certifications & documentation

·         ensure that vessels certification (class and flag) and documentations are valid on board an maintained on file in conformity with mandatory requirements

·         reply to client requirement & OVIQ/OVID system filling and updates

·         Maintain relation with flag authorities

 

Crewing

·         Assess crew on regular basis as per SMS

 

Business Development Support

·         Support business development and growth by participating to tender

·         Fill specification and operations / HSE sections for specific project

 

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

Technical and operations background in vessel operations.

Knowledge of Flag, Class and port state requirements, Maritime national and international conventions and regulations, OSM standards as per OCIMF.

HSE Safety culture.

 

Master degree in Engineering or Maritime

3 to 5 years of maritime management experience, including technical experience. Previous experience at sea is a plus.
