Roles and responsibilities

Manage the fleet operations and repair for 16 surfers

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

  • Manage the activities and coordinate the operations of assigned Sonasurf fleet vessels and of the yard (Surfer Repair Center - SRC).

  • Prepare reports in regards to the needs of vessels for their designed activities, ensure that the QMS, SMS procedures, OSM and Client Guidelines are complied with on board and ensure that all relevant documentation are in compliance.

  • Ensure the planning for the PMP, the preventive maintenance and repair of the surfer fleet to maintain the operational reliability of the fleet to provide the required services to customer, while complying all Class and Statutory requirements.

  • Ensure in that respect that SRC is fitted with appropriate level of spare parts while controlling the costs and budgets.
