Roles and responsibilities

Mission :

Maintain the technical availability of the fleet through preventive and corrective maintenance, including dry dock activities.


Responsibilities :

  1. manage and maintain Sonasurf & BMO fleet of fast crew boat in safe and reliable conditions for PMP & UPMP performed at Ambriz Yard
  2. manage external service (subcontractor) as per scope of work and planning

  3. support and coach the dedicated efficient SRC team members and transfer the knowledge and share information on SRC activities

  4. ensure that all technical reports are received, reviewed and re-distributed to relevant parties on time for Vessel PMP & UPMP

  5.  Responsible & Accountable at all times acting in a safe manner and displaying active safety leadership within their areas of influence in order to promote a safe working environment and a strong safety culture

  6. Apply ABAC and all Compliance related procedures. Applying the BOURBON Compliance Program



Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

Qualifications :

Marine engineer / technical engineering diploma


Skills :

Plan deliverables and deadlines, manage time and prioritize efficiently

Identify & analyze quantitative and qualitative indicators, formalize clear and accurate reports, via adequate tools (Pack Office, T.A).

Fluent English. Portuguese/ French is a plus.
