Senior Logistics Engineer M/F

Roles and responsibilities

As Senior Logistics Engineer you will be in charge of developing best-in class integrated logistics services for offshore oil & gas companies ( Marine, On shore base and freight forwarding means to support offshore Oil & Gas campaigns)

 

Your main missions will be to act as Deputy Logistics Manager and coordinate the following tasks:

- Conduct reconnaissance missions in project countries to define and develop an adapted Logistics operational support strategy 

- Define the best adapted logistics structures and means

- Define and select the local or international suppliers based on company compliance requirements and the established Bourbon’s standards.

- Participate to the tendering process 

- Implementation of operational procedures & standing instructions to support site operations

- Liaise with Vessel captains and Bourbon Marine technical team to ensure 100%vessel availability during the project

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

You are at the right place if:

- You have an Engineer Level, aMaster Degree in Logistics or equivalent

- You have 10 years minimum of experience in O&G E&P Company (support to Production & Drilling)

- You are fluent in English (spoken and written) 

 

Frequent trips are required in operating areas / countries of interest for assessment, ramp-up and potential support to operations (from a few days to a 2 weeks in country)
