Roles and responsibilities

BOURBON is looking for a Senior Business Controller at its Corporate Headoffice.

Mission & responsibilities :

Review and analyse the financial performance of Bourbon Activities/Business Units (P&L, Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow)

Provide top management with all necessary profitability analysis, in order to challenge and support the decision making process, to follow-up corresponding results, to alert any negative variance and to guide corrective action plans to maxime Revenue, Operating profit and cash flow.
Lead and adapt performance management systems (KPI’s, budget, objectives, reforecasts, reporting)
Produce and analyse Group quarterly management accounts and monthly forecast

Provide cost control on projects by implementing effective cost control measures, consolidated cash-out forecast and through accurate reporting to enable decision making by the Group

Produce and analyse the Group annual budget and 3-year outlook

Follow and review G&A, Shore Base costs and fixed cost analysis: improve and sustain the reporting to the Top Management

Support the Top Management and the Management Control Director in all specific requests

Guarantee the accuracy of economic and financial information of the Group

Participate to the transformation of the Group Management Control function

Contribute to improving tools, processes, reporting and data for Group performance monitoring and Group Standards

Contribute to pure Corporate reporting aim at the Audit Committee, Supervisory Board or Adhoc Committee

Provide advice and guidance to improve Group performance

Support Finance teams of Business Units / Standalone Companies

Ensure compliance to Group accounting standards and company governance and processes

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

Master's degree in Business, Finance or Economics required.

With a minimum of 5 years successful experience in Financial Control with an extensive experience in reviewing & analyzing the financial performance of a group or a Business Unit / cluster in an international company or consultancy firm.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with different interlocutors.
Strong proficiency using Excel & tools to analyze data
Solid experience with Report and Presentation building
Process Efficiency/Improvement experience
Have a demonstrable drive, proactivity, energy and passion with an appetite for change and work on a variety of tasks and responsibilities
Be at ease in international and complex environments
Safeguard the confidentiality of the handled data
