Roles and responsibilities
Your main responsibilities:
· Organizing project set-up (define respective contribution of internal shareholders)
· Delivering project objectives and manage all aspects of the project in cooperation with the contract manager
· Ensuring project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
· Managing asset portfolio in line with Subsea Operations Management process
· follow-up billings and project related accounting issues
You will interface with various actors such as :
· Vessels ; Clients ; ROV Coordinator; Contract manager; Operations manager ; Project managers ; Engineering department ; Tendering & Commercial Department , Finance Department
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
· Engineering background/ marine specialization
· Experience in offshore operations
· 5 years of experience as contract manager/ operations specialist/ project management
· Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
· Team player, adaptability, humility;
· Hands-on mindset;
