Roles and responsibilities

Mission : Fournir aux commerciaux les éléments de vente (ex. stratégie de prix, présentations marketing & commerciales, réponses aux RFI et RFQ, etc.).


Responsabilités :

  1. Etablir les éléments de réponse aux RFQ, appels d'offres et demandes de clarifications, avec l'aide des éléments et relais internes
  2. Présenter les options d'offres au commercial, établir les réponses aux appels d'offres et les supports de présentation

  3. Suivre avec le commercial le process d'appel d'offre, tenir à jour le CRM et les supports de présentation

  4. Préparer la documentation de déploiement du contrat pour les contract managers

  5. Contribuer avec le département communication à l'écriture d'étude de cas et autres éléments marketing

  6. Contribuer au reporting de ventes

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

Qualifications : BAC + 3


Skills :

- gestion d'un appel d'offres

- stratégie de prix

- termes contractuels management

- Excel, Powerpoint


Expérience :

- 5 ans, en gestion d'appels d'offres
