Roles and responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process and update application database as per type of job;
  • Prepare job adverts and coordinate recruitment requests;
  • Organize logistics (Visa, travels and follow up until destination is reached) with due care to costs optimization;
  • Contribute to the employment contracts and amendments preparation in accordance with the country law and regulations and to the registration;
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly payroll;
  • Support and follow up of delegated GEC HR processes (Appraisal, Talent, Competences, etc.), including any other cognate duties assigned from time to time;
  • Manage internal and external contacts and communications (postal mail, parcels, receive, filter phone calls, welcome visitors);
  • Ensure proper check of invoices related to GEC matters (Visa, travel, insurance and other social benefits contributions);
  • Support Global Employment lead and GEC coordinator for all reportings;
  • Be available after office hours to ensure follow up of logistics and urgent queries or assistance of the GEC; and
  • Population managed as and when required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

Candidate’s profile:

  •  Hold as minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or Management;
  • Have experience in HR function or any other administrative field;
  • Have good listening and communication skills;
  • Have an excellent knowledge of MS Office/ Excel skills;
  • A good command of French and English is essential
  • Sound organisation skills and rigorous with a professional approach at all times;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines; and
  • Willing to work independently and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.

Contract: Full permanent contract based in Mauritius (Cascavelle).
