As Transitionnal Financial Project Manager, you will have to manage and coordinate administrative and financial projects :
- Evaluate costs of implementation for validation
- Produce step plans validated by legal
- Secure implementation with waiver request when needed
- Coordinate cash and compensation agreement
- Supervise production of legal documentations
- Present complex issues for arbitration
- Produce detailed and practical memo for implementation
These actions will concern at least 7 countries with different issues : restructuring, account reconciliation, share transfer, company transfer, closing balance sheet, ...
You have a solid experience with report and presentation building and the ability to provide synthetic and sharp analysis in a complex environment.
Your knowledge of accounting / consolidation principles in IFRS environment is a reference
You have an experience of legal and tax matters in an international environment
Project management experience is definitely a plus.
