ü  Update Human Resources Policies / Procedures ensuring compliance with applicable statutory laws


ü  Manpower Planning and Resourcing


ü  Employee On-boarding and Needs Assessment 


ü  Performance Management and Talent Improvement Systems/ Processes


ü  Competence Management and Training Plan development / Facilitation


ü  Employee Relations and Welfare

ü  Compensation and Benefits Management with a vast knowledge of current payroll processes


ü  Autonomous in Budget Planning, Implementation and Monitoring


ü  Familiar with current data in a simplistic manner
