Rôles et responsabilités
The role of Contract Manager is emerging as a critical competency in today’s
organizations.
The contract mangaer is the unique point of contact of the Customer and is in
charge of the Contract Management, the position has numerous
responsibilities whereby the person in this role will need to adapt his
skills to fit in the environment.
His/her main accountability is to obtain and maintain good customer
satisfaction, therefore the relationship which the contract manager will have with
the client and with the company represented, is pivotal
in order to deliver a good client satisfaction to customers.
To ensure day-to-day client satisfaction through compliance with all contractual clauses to respond to client's needs taking into account all parties interests.
To lead QHSES awareness in the contract management
To ensure prompt, reliable, exhaustive invoicing and speedy debt collection
Profil
Experience applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms and drafting contracts
Ability to interact in English and French.
Seasoned and experienced contract manager with minimum of 1 years experience is a plus
Significant experience with a minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas industry.
