Position description :
Gestion de trésorerie & campagnes de paiements : Veiller à la stricte application des procédures Groupe de lutte contre la fraude; Suivre et analyser les flux de trésorerie quotidiens, déterminer les besoins en trésorerie par devise (virements de trésorerie, proposition d’opérations de change, catégorisation et classement les flux bancaires réels dans Taiga); Coordonner les mises en paiement dans le cadre des campagnes de réglements, s’assurer de la correcte mise en paiement des obligations réglementaires en respectant les deadlines selon les calendriers des obligations locales; Préparer les dossiers de paiements des fournisseurs non résidents conformément à la réglementation en vigueur dans la zone CEMAC, les remettre en banque, assurer leur suivi et reporter l’état d’avancement sur une base hebdomadaire; Etre l’interlocuteur principal des banques au niveau local; Valider les taux de conversion des opérations en devise disctincte des contrats; Analyser et suivre la correcte application des conditions bancaires; Appliquer les directives Trésorerie Groupe; Compliance locale : gérer les contraintes liées au règlementation locales en matière de changes et de restriction de transfert (BEAC). Préparation des prévisions de trésorerie : Préparer les prévisions à 13 semaines par devise, consolider et soumettre les prévisions à la Trésorerie Groupe conformement au calendrier prévu; Analyser et expliquer les écarts entre les prévisions de Trésorerie et les flux réels constatés, le cas échéant identifier les besoins de financement à court terme. Gestion des outils : Administrer les outils de trésorerie; Contrôler les données interfacées entre le Treasury Management System et Taiga et analyser les variations significatives des positions de trésorerie de la filiale; Suivre les ouvertures et clôtures des comptes bancaires, administrer les signataires; Suivre avec les banques locales la correcte transmission et intégration des comptes bancaires dans les contrats swiftnet groupe (relevés bancaires MT940). Autres missions : Suivi du recouvrement des créances et relances, en coordination avec les contract / Vessel Managers; Contribuer à la production des différents reporting quotidiens, hebdomadaires, mensuels.

Doté(e) d'une formation supérieure en Finance, vous avez une première expérience réussie dans les fonctions de Trésorerie. Organisé(e), rigoureux(se), communicant(e), vous faîtes preuve d'une forte curiosité d'esprit et avez une appétence pour les outils IT. Assertif(ve), vous savez néanmoins être adaptable et travailler en équipe. Maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et parlé) indispensable
