Procurement Execution &amp; Compliance:
· Manage the full procurement cycle from Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) closure within our digital system.
· Source and evaluate suppliers, obtaining a minimum of three competitive quotes for all requests.
· Negotiate optimal commercial terms, including pricing, lead times, and payment conditions, especially for urgent requirements.
· Prepare and submit quotation summaries for timely approval from superintendents and managers prior to PO issuance.
· Generate accurate Purchase Orders, verifying all specifications, quantities, and terms.
· Ensure prompt amendment and re-submission of any rejected POs.

Supplier &amp; Relationship Management:
· Proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers in coordination with the Purchasing Admin team.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
· Participate in tender processes and bulk purchase initiatives to achieve significant cost savings.

Logistics &amp; Operational Support:
· Collaborate closely with the Logistics team to coordinate the timely shipment and delivery of spare parts to vessels worldwide.
· Review Delivery Orders and Service Reports to quickly identify and resolve any discrepancies.

Financial &amp; Administrative Duties:
· Work with accounts to resolve discrepancies between POs and supplier invoices.
· Assist in uploading prepayment and urgent payment requests to the finance shared drive (OneDrive).
· Ensure all POs and PRs are accurately closed in the system in a timely manner.
Continuous Improvement &amp; Safety:
· Participate in and contribute to commercial, contract, and operations meetings.
· Actively participate in and promote the company's safety culture, understanding that procurement decisions directly impact operational safety.
· Support the department head on ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
    Diploma, Dip in Supply Chain Management is preferred
·         Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a purchasing or procurement executive role, preferably within the shipping, maritime, or a related industrial sector.
·         Strong experience in negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
·         Proficiency with ERP procurement modules (e.g., SmartPal, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
·         Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
·         A proactive problem-solver with a focus on efficiency and cost-saving.&lt;br /&gt;

Juriste droit des affaires / droit du financement (H/F)

Sous la supervision du directeur juridique adjoint du Groupe et du responsable du pôle Financement &amp; Flotte, vous êtes amené(e) à traiter de toutes les problématiques en droit français et international de financement et de la flotte de navires du Groupe.
Vous aurez pour principales missions :
-            Assurer la revue, la mise en place et le suivi des différents financements du groupe (emprunt obligataire, crédit-bail, crédit hypothécaire…) ;
-            Analyser, interpréter, et synthétiser la conformité des opérations du Groupe au regard de la documentation de financement ;
-            Assurer la gestion quotidienne des problématiques flotte (contrats intra groupe, pavillons…) ;
-            Assister le département Vente d’Actifs sur la documentation juridique requise (MOA, Bill of Sale…) ;
-            Assurer le suivi et la fiabilité des engagements hors bilan du groupe en lien avec les filiales ;
-            Etre le conseil au regard du droit du financement et des contrats flotte de la mise en place d’opérations ad hoc groupe ;
-            Participer à la définition, la mise en place, des outils ou procédures internes et des outils digitaux;
-            Contribuer à l’animation de la veille juridique.
-            Des missions transverses pourront potentiellement être proposées en support des différents pôles.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Votre profil :
Issu(e) d’une formation universitaire en droit des affaires et/ou droit des affaires internationales et/ou droit maritime (équivalent Bac + 5, DJCE …), et d’une première expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans des groupes internationaux ou dans un cabinet d’avocats en matière de financement et/ou de droit maritime serait un plus.
 Compétences / qualités attendues :
-          Vous êtes fiable, rigoureux(se) et disposez d’un bon esprit de synthèse ;
-          Proactif(ve), capacité à fournir des solutions adaptées et concrètes ;
-          Vous avez de très bonnes capacités relationnelles et êtes doté d’un très fort esprit d’équipe, et vous évoluerez au sein d’une Direction Juridique et Fiscale ;
-          Curiosité, dynamisme, adaptabilité dans un environnement en évolution, et autonomie vous permettront de mener à bien les tâches inhérentes à ce poste ;
-          Dans un environnement international, vous avez une bonne  maitrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit)

Poste basé à Marseille en CDD de 6 mois potentiellement renouvelable.
