Vous assurez un support à la flotte via la gestion des documents officiels (enregistrement pavillon, ISM, ISPS, MLC, certificats statutaires et classe délivrés par le pavillon et/ou l’organisation reconnue par le pavillon) des navires en opération sous pavillons Français et étrangers sur la flotte allouée :
- Contrôler quotidiennement la validité des documents, dates anniversaires des navires, l’état des visites dues à la classe (statut report).
- Initier, coordonner et suivre les visites statutaires et classe selon procédure,
- Initier, coordonner et programmer les audits externes (ISM/ISPS/MLC – ASI/FSI/Visite spéciale) avec les autorités du pavillon.
- Contrôler les dates limites des non-conformités (audits externes) / recommandations / observations statutaires et classe (délégation et notations de classe) et rappeler toutes les échéances aux membres de la cellule.
- Reporting régulier des priorités sur la flotte allouée au Responsable des Documents Officiels ainsi qu’aux membres de la cellule, aux bords.
- Prendre en charge les demandes transversales liées aux certificats ou à la réglementation à l’échelle de toute la flotte.
- Mettre à disposition à bord les documents officiels originaux.
Vous gérez les dossiers relatifs à tout changement administratif des navires de la flotte BOS en fonction des procédures pavillons et délais communiqués :
- Préparer l’instruction des dossiers administratifs d’enregistrement auprès des autorités du pavillon en collaboration avec les différents services.
- Transmettre les différents nouveaux titres aux bords et personnes concernées et communiquer les informations de changements aux clients internes et externes.
Vous apportez un support administratif dans la gestion des dossiers transversaux en lien avec le responsable du service et veillez au bon fonctionnement des procédures quotidiennes du service : suivi des coûts liés aux pavillons, mise à jour des bases de données, appui à la responsable du service.
Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les services Opérations internes et les autorités pavillonnaires notamment l’Administration des Affaires Maritimes Française.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous avez une bonne expérience en gestion administrative, avec la prise en charge de plusieurs dossiers en autonomie et des délais stricts à respecter, idéalement dans le milieu maritime.
Vous avez également de réelles qualités en communication, un sens du service développé et une aptitude réelle pour le travail en équipe.
Vous avez une excellente communication orale et écrite, que cela soit en français ou en anglais.
La connaissance des règlementations maritimes serait un plus.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance et utilisation du pack Office, avec bonne maitrise d’EXCEL (TCD, recherches H, V) Outlook, PDF Creator, One Note, ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance d’une GED (Gestion Electronique de Documents).
La gestion des priorités et votre sens de l’organisation sont des qualités reconnues, ainsi que vos capacités rédactionnelles, de synthèse et d’analyse.

Join BOURBON, a Group in full transformation.
The Fleet Department of Bourbon Offshore Surf ensures vessel availability in accordance with the standards required by BOURBON and its clients. As part of a replacement for a future retirement, the Fleet Department is recruiting a Vessel Manager.
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you will be integrated into an operational cell. Within this scope, you will be responsible for managing 4 to 5 vessels from the Bourbon Offshore Surf Marine pool (AHTS, PSV, FSIV).
In this role, and in coordination with the Crewing, Procurement, HSEA, Cost Control, and Logistics departments, your missions are organized around several key areas:
Operations Management
- Operational planning and monitoring of vessels.
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets and costs; steering performance and financial results.
- Managing the performance and technical availability of the vessels.
- Conducting inspections of the vessels within your fleet.

Client Satisfaction &amp; Contract Management
- Ensuring vessel compliance with client requirements and expectations.
- Participating in the deployment process of commercial contracts in coordination with the client and the marketing department.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the ship-management contract.

HSE Policy &amp; BOURBON Standards
- Implementing, monitoring, and improving QHSE standards and the safety culture on board.
- Verifying vessel compliance with applicable regulations.
- Managing regular vessel inspections and audits, including "action plan" follow-ups.

Leadership &amp; Management
- Line management of Masters (Captains) and functional management of Chief Engineers.
- You will serve as the delegated DPA (Designated Person Ashore) as defined by the ISM Code.
The assigned fleet is primarily deployed in West Africa (Congo, Angola, Nigeria, etc.) and the Middle East, where you will be required to travel (approximately 30 days per year – minimum of 2 trips)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Profile Requirements

You are a graduate of a Maritime Academy and possess:
- Either confirmed experience as a seagoing officer,
- Or at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar maritime role, or 5 years in a management position.

Key Skills &amp; Attributes:
- You are proactive, rigorous, and possess strong leadership skills.
- You enjoy teamwork (project-based mode) and are eager to join a dynamic environment where you can develop your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1st Class Merchant Marine Officer Certificate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural and high-pressure environment.
