Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet in accordance with Bourbon standards by supervising the maintenance processes.
Support and improve fleet HSE Culture through preventive actions deployment and incidents investigation.
Participate in the definition of the maintenance budget defined on an annual basis and carry out a monthly control of maintenance costs with the help of the Cost Controller and the Vessel Manager.
Carry out annual allocated vessel’s technical inspections.
Ensure technical failures are systematically reported and keeping technical and vessel managers updated.
Participate in incident investigation and deal with emergency issues.
Ensure hierarchical management of Chief Engineers on his fleet.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Minimum 2 years of experience as Chief Engineer or 2nd Engineer onboard or within a shipping company.
Certificate in Chief engineering or maritime or equivalent.
Thorough knowledge of ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC and STCW standards.
Proficiency in CMMS tools and Bourbon maintenance procedures.
Ability to analyse, investigate and lead technical projects investigations.
Excellent Project Management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines.
 Proficient in MS Office tools and ability to operate specific software programmes related to the department.
 Ability to work and adapt in a complex and challenging environment. &lt;br /&gt;

Your main role as Docking Superintendent is to supervise execution of PMP from start to completion at Shipyards (mainly 3rd parties Drydock or Service Companies) and ensure that PMP project is executed on time and budget on site, through application of International and BOURBON standards for CrewBoat's vessel drydock activities

Your tasks will be to:
- Share PMP Project with shipyards, animate the PMP meeting with the shipyard
- Check completion as per PMP Planning &amp; budget and report daily progress
- Request, check and manage Shipyard Variation Order
- Update vessel tasks in CMSS as per necessary when done
-  Evaluate Shipyard performance including strong points /weaknesses
-   Identify process / tools to improve drydocking efficiency
- Ensure HSE standards are applied by Shipyards trough Shipyard HSE plan check
- Ensure work preparation are performed prior any work with validation, and that appropriate supervision is in place as per necessary internally and / or from Shipyard
- Follow weekly the cost with support cost controller&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your profile:
- You have technical expertise in vessels including mechanics/propulsion/electricity/piping
- You have technical knwoledge of fast CrewBoat aluminium built
- You have already managed drydock shipyard suppliers
- You speak French
- You have already managed sub-contractors
- You have at least 5 years as Chief Engineer or Technical Superintendent
- Chief Engineer minimum 3000KW

As Vessel Project Manager for West Africa's perimeter your main responsability is to deliver project objectives (HSE, financial, operational, technical…) in line with tendering and Group targets.
You will have to manage all aspects of the Vessel project in accordance with contractual obligations and Bourbon project management standards, undertaken safely and act as client single point of contact with regard to any contractual matter.
Your main tasks will be to:
Lead and animate a transverse project team (Ship manager, QHSE, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal…) with the objective to deliver set of project objectives
Monitor the submission of all contract deliverables and react to ensure project progress is maintained in accordance with the schedule and with the appropriate manhour spend.
Manage contract with clients in case of discussions/disagreement
Represent BOURBON in clients meetings
Manage onhire process to ensure timely delivery of the vessel within industry (OVID/SUPO) and client/contract requirements, notably taking into account any specific country requirements
 Ensure Bourbon HSE management systems are implemented and regurlaly reviewed throughout the life of the contract. Demonstrate strong and visible commitment to BOURBON HSE values.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your Profile:
 You are a marine engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the offshore industry
 You speak English fluently
 Project Management experience is a plus

Your main tasks will be to:
- Ensure on site safe maintenance of visited vessels (LTIR, TRIR) by demonstrating strong commitment to BOURBON'S QHSE Standards
- Carry out Vessel Technical Inspection of visited vessels in order ensure that the vessel condition is as per Bourbon standards and that all deviations are well reported and assessed into the CMMS
- Check that Maintenance processes (Maintenance Culture and Governance) are well deployed and applied.
- Support vessel breakdown repairs (UPMP) by ensuring on site leadership under the vessel Technical Superintendent.
-Deliver repair technical and financial report after the breakdown.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your profile:
- Strong maintenance and marine technical knowledge in Diesel Engines, Automation and Electricity
- Management skills
- Industrial Offshore and international marine regulation knowledge
- 3 years as Chief Enginer or Technical Superintendent
- Merchant marine diploma with experience at sea or Engineering degrees in maintenance and/or Technical domains.

This position is a flying position, you will be assigned to any vessels frome the OSV's Fleet around the world

Votre rôles : 
Vous intégrerez une équipe de PMP Project Manager, et vous serez en charge d’établir et de mettre en place une méthode de gestion de projet pour le département PMP.

1)   Définir le référentiel de gestion de projet des arrêts techniques :
·       Définir la méthodologie de la gestion de projet des arrêts techniques,
·       Revoir les process relatifs à la gestion de projet des arrêts techniques (ensemble des étapes d’un cycle de vie d’un projet)
·       Analyser et mettre à jour les rôles et responsabilités de l’ensemble des parties prenantes dans le process
·       Revoir la pertinence des outils (vesselman, outils de suivi BI) et les modèles de document (Rapport, suivi journalier, tableau de bord…) utilisés actuellement
2)     S’assurer, en coordination avec le directeur PMP, que les arrêts techniques soient réalisés dans le respect du référentiel projet,
3)     S’assurer, en coordination avec le directeur HSE, de l’application stricte du système de gestion de la sécurité pendant les arrêts techniques.
·       Vérifier que les équipes techniques participant aux arrêts techniques ont une connaissance approfondie su système de gestion de la sécurité,
·       Veiller à ce que les chefs de projets PMP et les Docking Superintendents aient suivi les sessions de sensibilisation et les ateliers spécifiques organisés à bord.
·       Proposer des améliorations dans le SMS et les process.

Vous maitrisez la méthodologie en gestion de projet (prévisionnel, planning, suivi, mise en réseau, reporting,…) que vous avez appliqué sur de nombreux projets techniques. 
Vous disposez de compétences en gestion des arrêts techniques de navire ou autre assets

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement:

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the management of offshore supply vessels or strong familiarity with marine and offshore services.
Proven Project Management expertise (minimum 5 years), including budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.
Strong technical background in marine engineering, ship repair, or vessel operations.
1st Class Merchant Marine Officer Certificate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural and high-pressure environment.
Desirable Qualities
