The Fleet Department of Bourbon Offshore Surf ensures vessel availability in accordance with the standards required by BOURBON and its clients. As part of a replacement for a future retirement, the Fleet Department is recruiting a Vessel Manager.
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you will be integrated into an operational cell. Within this scope, you will be responsible for managing 4 to 5 vessels from the Bourbon Offshore Surf Marine pool (AHTS, PSV, FSIV).
In this role, and in coordination with the Crewing, Procurement, HSEA, Cost Control, and Logistics departments, your missions are organized around several key areas:
Operations Management
- Operational planning and monitoring of vessels.
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets and costs; steering performance and financial results.
- Managing the performance and technical availability of the vessels.
- Conducting inspections of the vessels within your fleet.

Client Satisfaction &amp; Contract Management
- Ensuring vessel compliance with client requirements and expectations.
- Participating in the deployment process of commercial contracts in coordination with the client and the marketing department.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the ship-management contract.

HSE Policy &amp; BOURBON Standards
- Implementing, monitoring, and improving QHSE standards and the safety culture on board.

Profile Requirements

You are a graduate of a Maritime Academy and possess:

VOTRE PROFIL

Vos atouts techniques :

Vous disposez impérativement d’une connaissance technique approfondie de la suite BI Microsoft SQL Server On Premise (SSIS / SSRS / SSAS), avec une expérience d’au moins 3 ans sur cette technologie.

 Vous maîtrisez également les outils Microsoft Fabric (pipeline, notebook, PurView, langage DAX, Power BI) et justifiez d’au moins 1 an d’expérience sur cet environnement.

Votre rôles : 
Vous intégrerez une équipe de PMP Project Manager, et vous serez en charge d’établir et de mettre en place une méthode de gestion de projet pour le département PMP.
A ce titre, vous aurez pour mission de : 
1)   Définir le référentiel de gestion de projet des arrêts techniques :
·       Définir la méthodologie de la gestion de projet des arrêts techniques,
·       Revoir les process relatifs à la gestion de projet des arrêts techniques (ensemble des étapes d’un cycle de vie d’un projet)
·       Analyser et mettre à jour les rôles et responsabilités de l’ensemble des parties prenantes dans le process
·       Revoir la pertinence des outils (vesselman, outils de suivi BI) et les modèles de document (Rapport, suivi journalier, tableau de bord…) utilisés actuellement
2)     S’assurer, en coordination avec le directeur PMP, que les arrêts techniques soient réalisés dans le respect du référentiel projet,
3)     S’assurer, en coordination avec le directeur HSE, de l’application stricte du système de gestion de la sécurité pendant les arrêts techniques.
·       Vérifier que les équipes techniques participant aux arrêts techniques ont une connaissance approfondie su système de gestion de la sécurité,
·       Veiller à ce que les chefs de projets PMP et les Docking Superintendents aient suivi les sessions de sensibilisation et les ateliers spécifiques organisés à bord.
·       Proposer des améliorations dans le SMS et les process.

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous maitrisez la méthodologie en gestion de projet (prévisionnel, planning, suivi, mise en réseau, reporting,…) que vous avez appliqué sur de nombreux projets techniques. 
Vous disposez de compétences en gestion des arrêts techniques de navire ou autre assets 
Vous êtes aussi bien à l’aise à l’écrit en Anglais,  &lt;br /&gt;

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning &amp; Execution:
Develop detailed technical specifications, budgets, and project plans for Planned Maintenance Projects (PMPs), ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Operational Supervision:
Oversee shipyard operations, suppliers, and the entire supply chain to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

Monitoring &amp; Reporting:
Manage both technical and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle, providing accurate progress reports and post-project evaluations.

HSE Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards for all stakeholders involved in project activities.

Process Improvement:
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of procedures, standards, and best practices within the Technical Department.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the management of offshore supply vessels or strong familiarity with marine and offshore services.
Proven Project Management expertise (minimum 5 years), including budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.
Strong technical background in marine engineering, ship repair, or vessel operations.
1st Class Merchant Marine Officer Certificate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural and high-pressure environment.
Desirable Qualities
PMP or equivalent Project Management certification&lt;br /&gt;

Vous assurez le développement, le maintien et la promotion des normes opérationnelles de positionnement dynamique (DP) au sein de BOURBON, conformément aux attentes des clients et aux réglementations. En tant qu'expert DP de l'entreprise, vous assistez les cellules opérationnelles et les projet Subsea quant aux exigences clients et upgrade.
A ce titre, vous aurez pour mission : 
Le maintien des normes operationnelles formalisées DP (Best practice DP et procédures SMS) en tenant compte des attentes des clients et des réglementations (IMO, IMCA, OCIMF.
Le représentation de Bourbon pour toutes les questions de DP auprès de toutes organisation externe, 
Le suivi des évolutions technologiques et des évolutions de la règlementation DP existante afin d’approuver les projets DP (nouvelle construction, conversion ou mise à niveau DP, y compris l'interface du poste de contrôle du pont, les systèmes de référence ...)
La prévention des risques opérationnels liés aux perturbations des opérations de DP en définissant des exigences en matière de FMEA, de tests annuels de DP, d’audits DP, de politique de pièces de rechange et de maintenance des équipements critiques, et d'exigences en matière de PMS.
La tenue du registre des enquêtes et des rapports d’incidents DP et de la coordination des mesures correctives liées aux enquêtes.
La réalisation d' une base de données du FMEA de la flotte et de la connaissance de l’analyse des écarts FMEA de la flotte.

You develop, maintain and promote Dynamic Positioning (DP) operations standards within BOURBON as per Client and regulatory expectations. As Company DP expert, assist operational pool and subsea project in OVID requirement and DP obsolescence upgrade.
In this frame, your main missions are : 
- Propose and maintain DP formalized operations standards (DP Best Practices and  SMS procedures) taking in consideration client and regulatory expectations
- Represents BOURBON for all DP matters for any external organization: Suppliers, Clients, Regulatory bodies, Shipping associations such IMCA
- Monitor and review existing DP technology and regulation and is  able to validate any DP project : newbuilding, DP conversion or upgrade, including bridge control station interface, position reference systems (acoustic, GPS, laser postionning, taut wire…) and vessel monitoring system
- Contribute to prevent any operational risks caused by disruptive DP operations through requirements on maintenance, operation and training. Define and revise company expectations for FMEA, DP annual test, DP audit, critical equipement spare and maintenance policy, PMS requirements
- Accountable for the proper log of DP incidents investigation and reporting.
- Accountable to establish a data base of the FMEA and gap analysis of the fleet&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Vous disposez d’une connaissance significative des systèmes DP1-2-3 et de l’architecture DP et de ses composants,  
- Vous disposez d’une connaissance de la règlementation IMO, IMCA, OCIMF et classe, 
- Vous avez une expérience reconnue dans le secteur du maritime, 
- Vous êtes à l’aise en Anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
