As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are currently looking for a Logistics Officer (Procurement).

In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing activities on behalf of Bourbon GUYANA and Bourbon Ship Managers, as well as supporting and following up on Supply Chain Management activities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing the supplier database;
Identifying the best available solutions to meet the operational requirements of vessels, Ship Managers and Bourbon GUYANA;
Sourcing and comparing quotations to ensure the best balance between quality, price and delivery requirements, in accordance with Bourbon’s Key Internal Controls;
Negotiating prices, commercial terms and product specifications with suppliers;
Creating Purchase Orders and following up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery;
Ensuring regular placement and follow-up of Purchase Orders and maintaining up-to-date information on vessels’ LPRs;
Providing the Cost Controller and Accounts Payable teams with copies of all Purchase Orders issued to vendors;
Forwarding and communicating any vendor invoices received to Accounts Payable and/or the Cost Controller;
Managing the administrative activities related to the role and effectively using the relevant business tools and software;
Developing a good understanding of the Company’s organisation and internal processes;
Ensuring full compliance with Bourbon Compliance Directives, internal procedures and the Code of Conduct.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Secondary education diploma required; additional training in logistics, procurement or supply chain would be an advantage;
Good command of the Microsoft Office suite;
Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage several priorities at the same time;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders;
Good negotiation skills and a practical, solution-oriented mindset;
Ability to work autonomously, follow procedures and internal controls, and operate effectively in an international environment;
Previous experience in procurement, logistics or supply chain activities would be an advantage.&lt;br /&gt;

Dans un contexte international de plus en plus concurrentiel, où les risques se multiplient, l’intelligence économique devient clé pour Bourbon. En rejoignant le département Assets Management en tant que Business Intelligence Analyst vous participerez activement à l’analyse et la valorisation des données opérationnelles des flottes OSV/Crewboats concurrentes afin de les confronter aux résultats de la flotte Bourbon et d’identifier des pistes d’amélioration.

L’analyste en intelligence économique aura pour principales missions de :
- Mener une veille stratégique sur la flotte mondiale OSV/Crewboats à partir de sources internes et externes, publiques et privées;
- Analyser des données stratégiques (positionnement concurrentiel, données financières, investissements, coûts opérationnels et méthodologie associée);
- Mettre en place un outil de benchmark;
- Fournir des supports de présentation structurés et synthétiques à destination du top management/COMEX en lien avec les thématiques de veille;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Vous êtes étudiant(e) d’une grande école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs avec une appétence pour un business opérationnel
- Vous possédez de bonnes bases en analyse et traitement de données quantitatives stratégiques à très bonne maîtrise d’Excel (modélisation) 
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’une forte appétence pour la Data et l’Intelligence Artificielle
- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais écrit et oral 
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités de synthèse à l’écrit comme à l’oral 
- Une première expérience en traitement de données ou IA serait un plus

Stage de 4 à 6 mois à pourvoir dès que possible !
