The Facility Officer is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant management of company facilities, including maintenance, utilities, vendor coordination and asset management.
More specifically, your responsabilities will include :
Ensure proper functioning of all office infrastructure (power, water, AC, telecommunications);
Monitor consumption and ensure timely payment of utilities (electricity, water, communications);
Manage company vehicle documentation and fuel records;
Manage office supplies and procurement;
Ensure proper documentation for all administrative payments; 
Manage all office services to ensure smooth daily activities of all administrative processes; 
Control &amp; update the office's fees by the reception of invoices and payments under directions from the Country Manager;
Encure that all documents related to company office are completed and up to date;
Collect &amp; drop off documents from/to GRA, legal firm, banks, NIS, BRAVA... and comply with local requirements. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Contrôle de Gestion Groupe, le/la Contrôleur(se) de Gestion Sénior  joue un rôle clé dans le pilotage de la performance financière de l’entité locale.
Basé(e) sur site, il/elle intervient avec une double responsabilité :
une forte implication opérationnelle, au sein de la cellule opérationnelle, au plus près des équipes locales et des activités,
et une vision statutaire et groupe, garantissant la fiabilité, la transparence et la conformité des données financières remontées au Groupe.
Dans un environnement exigeant et évolutif, le poste requiert autonomie, réactivité, sens des priorités et transparence, ainsi qu’une capacité à alerter et solliciter le management Groupe lorsque la situation le nécessite.

Vos principales missions sont:
Pilotage opérationnel de la performance des navires sous sa responsabilités ( suivi analytique des couts d'exploitation des navires, présentation des analyses qualitatives...)
Agir comme Business Partner en challengeant les équipes opérationnelles, préparation des arbitrages budgétaires, proposition d'action correctives et leviers d'optimisation 
Contribuer à la clôture comptable mensuelle du périmètre
Participer à l'élaboration des budgets annuels et des forecast
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue du process et analyse adhoc

Poste basé à Pointe Noire&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Votre Profil:
- Solide expérience en contrôle de gestion opérationnel ( 5 à 6 ans)
- Production de reportings et suivi de KPI
- Bonne maitrise des règles comptables
- Anglais professionnel
- Capacité à challenger avec diplomatie
- Rigueur et sens de l'organisation
- Bac+ 5 en gestion/finance&lt;br /&gt;

ACCOUNTING:
Overseeing accounts of the affiliate in collaboration with the local accounting team
Checking the accuracy and completeness of invoicing data (external invoicing) in collaboration with the contracts managers
Overseeing  the bookkeeping of the local expenses (local suppliers, invoices) and ensuring reliability of analytical allocations
MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND BUDGET:
Interfaces with all finance departments to lead local Reporting / Budget
Drafting the budget for the fleet, shore based activities and G&amp;A
Monitoring through critical analysis - variance between budget and actual) for the  legal entity accounts, G&amp;A and shore based
TREASURY:
Monitoring the cash management, cash planning and liquidity risk including exchange rates impacts, and currency exchange issues
Follow-up and support proper cash collection form customers
Participate in ensuring compliance with local taxes and GAAPS
Support relationship with local tax authorities
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Know and ensure application of Bourbon procedures for closings and reporting via software :
 Oracle; CAB (finance + Commercial);  ICS; Magnitude; Anaplan and TAIG
Manage financial Data : Understand the financial context of the subsidiary, develop and manage budgets, plan and anticipate impacts
Communicate and Motivate : Share the strategic vision, measure and recognize individual contributions
Standards : Know and integrate professional standards and those of BOURBON (OSM, QMS and compliance)
Organize : Respect deadlines, manage time and establish priorities effectively.
Report : Identify and analyze quantitative and qualitative indicators, formalize clear and precise reports using the appropriate tools (Office Pack, IT systems).
 Experience with Tax compliance / Fiscal and Financial Audit for local regulation
