Rattaché(e) à la Direction Contrôle de Gestion Groupe, le/la Contrôleur(se) de Gestion Sénior joue un rôle clé dans le pilotage de la performance financière de l’entité locale. Basé(e) sur site, il/elle intervient avec une double responsabilité : une forte implication opérationnelle, au sein de la cellule opérationnelle, au plus près des équipes locales et des activités, et une vision statutaire et groupe, garantissant la fiabilité, la transparence et la conformité des données financières remontées au Groupe. Dans un environnement exigeant et évolutif, le poste requiert autonomie, réactivité, sens des priorités et transparence, ainsi qu’une capacité à alerter et solliciter le management Groupe lorsque la situation le nécessite. Vos principales missions sont: Pilotage opérationnel de la performance des navires sous sa responsabilités ( suivi analytique des couts d'exploitation des navires, présentation des analyses qualitatives...) Agir comme Business Partner en challengeant les équipes opérationnelles, préparation des arbitrages budgétaires, proposition d'action correctives et leviers d'optimisation Contribuer à la clôture comptable mensuelle du périmètre Participer à l'élaboration des budgets annuels et des forecast Contribuer à l'amélioration continue du process et analyse adhoc Poste basé à Pointe Noire

Votre Profil: - Solide expérience en contrôle de gestion opérationnel ( 5 à 6 ans) - Production de reportings et suivi de KPI - Bonne maitrise des règles comptables - Anglais professionnel - Capacité à challenger avec diplomatie - Rigueur et sens de l'organisation - Bac+ 5 en gestion/finance

Position description :
Join BOURBON, a Group in full transformation. The Fleet Department of Bourbon Offshore Surf ensures vessel availability in accordance with the standards required by BOURBON and its clients. As part of a replacement for a future retirement, the Fleet Department is recruiting a Vessel Manager. Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you will be integrated into an operational cell. Within this scope, you will be responsible for managing 4 to 5 vessels from the Bourbon Offshore Surf Marine pool (AHTS, PSV, FSIV). In this role, and in coordination with the Crewing, Procurement, HSEA, Cost Control, and Logistics departments, your missions are organized around several key areas: Operations Management - Operational planning and monitoring of vessels. - Preparation and monitoring of budgets and costs; steering performance and financial results. - Managing the performance and technical availability of the vessels. - Conducting inspections of the vessels within your fleet. Client Satisfaction & Contract Management - Ensuring vessel compliance with client requirements and expectations. - Participating in the deployment process of commercial contracts in coordination with the client and the marketing department. - Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the ship-management contract. HSE Policy & BOURBON Standards - Implementing, monitoring, and improving QHSE standards and the safety culture on board. - Verifying vessel compliance with applicable regulations. - Managing regular vessel inspections and audits, including "action plan" follow-ups. Leadership & Management - Line management of Masters (Captains) and functional management of Chief Engineers. - You will serve as the delegated DPA (Designated Person Ashore) as defined by the ISM Code. The assigned fleet is primarily deployed in West Africa (Congo, Angola, Nigeria, etc.) and the Middle East, where you will be required to travel (approximately 30 days per year – minimum of 2 trips)

Profile Requirements You are a graduate of a Maritime Academy and possess: - Either confirmed experience as a seagoing officer, - Or at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar maritime role, or 5 years in a management position. Key Skills & Attributes: - You are proactive, rigorous, and possess strong leadership skills. - You enjoy teamwork (project-based mode) and are eager to join a dynamic environment where you can develop your expertise. - You are recognized for your managerial qualities, whether shipboard or shore-based, and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Given the international environment, you have full professional proficiency in English. Contract Terms Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent (CDI). Salary: Commensurate with experience and profile.
