By joining us, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical availability of one of our client's fleet of vessels, in line with the agreed budget. More specifically, your main responsibilities will include: Participate in the definition of the maintenance budget defined on an annual basis, carry out a monthly control of maintenance costs with the help of the Cost Controller and the Vessel Manager; Carry out annual allocated vessel’s technical inspections; Ensure hierarchical management of Chief Engineers on his fleet; Support and improve fleet HSE culture through preventive actions deployment and incidents investigation commitment; Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet in accordance with Bourbon standards by supervising the execution of maintenance processes. We are looking for two professionals to form a B2B team. The position is based in ANGOLA and operates on a B2B rotation, with a schedule of 6–8 weeks ON/ 6–8 weeks OFF.

You are the ideal candidate if you possess the following professional and personal competencies: Thorough knowledge of ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, STCW standards. Proficiency in CMMS tools and Bourbon maintenance procedures. Ability to analyze, investigate and lead technical projects. Functional coordination and project management skills. Leadership, priority management, attention to detail and pedagogical skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. Chief Engineer certificate or maritime equivalent; Managerial experience onboard or within a shipping company

En tant que Company Security Officer, votre rôle est d'informer du niveau de menaces susceptibles d'être rencontré par le navire, en s'appuyant sur des évaluations de sécurité appropriées et d'autres informations pertinentes disponibles. Rattaché au Directeur de la Sûreté Groupe, vos missions principales sont les suivantes : S’assurer que les ‘Ship Security Assessment’ sont mises a jour au moins 1 fois par an si le navire ne change pas de zone S’assurer que les Ship Security Plans (SSP) sont mis à jour au minimum une fois tous les 5 ans. Les SSP modifiés doivent être envoyés au Pavillon/RSE pour approbation Améliorer la connaissance ‘Sûreté’ et la vigilance des Officiers et Communiquer sur les alertes Sûreté des zones Assurer une communication et coopération efficace entre les navires, les Operations Managers et les entités gouvernementales Communiquer sur la prévention de la piraterie, ainsi que la gestion de crise et survie Saisie dans la base de données des Non-Conformités et Observations internes ou externes ISPS, puis suivi et relance auprès des bords et des différents services du Siège pour leur fermeture Participation aux inductions des nouveaux arrivants Participation à la mise à jour de l’‘Emergency & Contingency Response Plan’ Supporte le Head of Security quant aux activités et missions Sûreté Participation aux audits internes et externes Réalisation et suivie des accréditations sécurité défense

Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en navigation ou opérations à l’Offshore. Idéalement, vous avez une première expérience comme Company Security Officer. Vous avez de solides connaissance des standards maritimes, offshore, ISPS. Vous savez faire face à des situations complexes qui exigent une maîtrise de ses émotions. Vous êtes reconnu.e pour vos qualités relationnelles et vous parlez couramment français et anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
