Your Responsibilities:

As a Vessel Project Manager Guyana, your mission will be to manage all aspects of the Vessel project in accordance with contractual obligations and Bourbon project management standards, undertaken safely.
Your main tasks will be:
HSE Management: Ensure the implementation and monitoring of Bourbon’s HSE management systems, demonstrating strong and visible commitment to safety and quality.
Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams (QHSE, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Ship Manager…), organize regular meetings, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Client Relationship: Represent Bourbon in client meetings, conduct regular reviews, monitor satisfaction, manage claims, and secure repeat business.
Operations &amp; Mobilization: Supervise vessel on-hire processes, ensure smooth contract deployment, and align operational planning with contractual requirements.
Reporting &amp; Financials: Deliver weekly/monthly project reports, monitor KPIs, validate financial statements, and ensure accurate invoicing and cash collection.
Contract Profitability: In charge of operating margin as per final offer client/contracting, garanties revenues as per contract
Support &amp; Strategy: Contribute to tendering activities, manage Variation Orders, oversee subcontractors, and capture lessons learned.
Team Leadership: Supervise and develop Vessel Project Officers (when applicable), ensuring training, performance reviews, and career development.

The job is open t on a rotational schedule of 7 weeks ON/7 weeks OFF or 6 weeks ON/6 weeks OFF TBD&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your Profile:
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Maritime Studies.
Proven experience in contract and project management within the offshore or maritime industry.
Strong knowledge of contractual, financial, and operational processes.
Solid HSE background and strong client-oriented mindset.
Leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Fluent in professional English (written and spoken).&lt;br /&gt;

-Provide administrative support to keep HSE level at the highest standard and ensure that they are compliant with all HSE requirements as per OSHA Act and any other regulations
-Conduct internal audits throughout the business and monitor progress.

-Assist in the correct supply of the mandatory Company HSE documentation to the new buildings and in operation vessels, and for onshore facilities
-Analyze BOG HSE statistics to identify trends and assist HSE Manager in developing Action Plans to minimize incident rates and improve HSE performance
-Provide reports and feedback to HSE Manager in order to allow development of accurate trends and statistical performance
-Implement new procedures based on HSE guidelines as delegated by HSE Manager.
-Promote Bourbon’s HSE culture, coach employees on the subject and check implementation as directed by the HSE Manager
-Promote health awareness and focus on preventable, work related and lifestyle- based health conditions and the minimizing of health risks to the workforce.
-Perform any other cognate duties as required by the Management.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Hold as minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Safety or a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and/or any other alternate equivalent qualification. 
- Have as minimum 3 years’ experience as HSE Coordinator or HSE Consultant, or equivalent position in Maritime or Oil and Gas company 
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including the ability to effectively communicate during crisis situations. 
- Have a good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point Presentation. 
- You are rigorous, enthusiasm and aim to evolve in a complex and challenging environment. 
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.&lt;br /&gt;

As Vessel Project Manager for West Africa's perimeter your main responsability is to deliver project objectives (HSE, financial, operational, technical…) in line with tendering and Group targets.
You will have to manage all aspects of the Vessel project in accordance with contractual obligations and Bourbon project management standards, undertaken safely and act as client single point of contact with regard to any contractual matter.
Your main tasks will be to:
Lead and animate a transverse project team (Ship manager, QHSE, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal…) with the objective to deliver set of project objectives
Monitor the submission of all contract deliverables and react to ensure project progress is maintained in accordance with the schedule and with the appropriate manhour spend.
Manage contract with clients in case of discussions/disagreement
Represent BOURBON in clients meetings
Manage onhire process to ensure timely delivery of the vessel within industry (OVID/SUPO) and client/contract requirements, notably taking into account any specific country requirements
 Ensure Bourbon HSE management systems are implemented and regurlaly reviewed throughout the life of the contract. Demonstrate strong and visible commitment to BOURBON HSE values.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your Profile:
 You are a marine engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the offshore industry
 You speak English fluently
 Project Management experience is a plus

MISSION
Assist QHSE Manager in ensuring continuous improvement of operational safety management knowledge and application within the organization.
Description and Expected Outcome/Performance Indicators
Implementation of pre-task planning tools: (Job Safety Analysis, Toolbox Talk, etc.).
Implementation of proactive tools (Bsafe Cards, Stop Work, Near Miss reporting.)
 Assist in Shorebase induction, delivery, and coaching including Safety Takes Me Home deployment. 
Participate in day-to-day incident management, including incident investigation, as delegated by the HSE manager. 
Conducting ‘QHSE campaigns’ for onshore facilities and assisting in campaign application onboard vessels.
Maintain shore-based incidents databases including Incident reports, Investigation reports, medical reports (if applicable), Witness statements, Taproot® Snap Charts, Corrective action plans, Photos, drawings/sketches, etc.
Collate all general and client-specific monthly and weekly QHSE statistics for all vessels working in Nigeria (BINL and affiliates). 
Maintain shore medical facility including first aid box.
Update all records including HSE statistics on BINL and BOURBON portals, offshore visits, client meetings, etc. 
Conduct Risk Assessment at shore base locations and develop actions plan for effective close-out of any identified gaps and updating the JSAs whenever required. 
Conduct daily walk-round inspection of Shorebase facilities and carry out “hazard hunt’.
Organise shore base safety meetings/training, inductions, seminars, campaigns, QHSE departmental, etc as Indicated in the BINL QHSE Plan or as instructed by the QHSE Manager
Coordinate shore base drills according to the drill matrix contained in Emergency Response Procedure for Onshore facilities.
Identify gaps and training needs for Emergency Response Teams and communicate the same to the management for implementation.
Conduct monthly inspections at the guest houses accommodating BINL staff and highlighting areas of improvement with feedback to the management.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications and Skills
BSc Social Sciences or related field with relevant HSE certifications.  A Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage

Work Experience
5 years and above minimum experience in HSE in a multinational&lt;br /&gt;
