BOURBON recrute une(e) DPA - Deputy CSO H/F DPA sur la flotte OSV, vous êtes en charge de la bonne application du code ISM. De même, vous agissez en tant qu’adjoint du CSO et vous informez du niveau de menaces susceptibles d'être rencontré par les navires, en vous appuyant sur des évaluations de sûreté appropriées et autres informations pertinentes disponibles. VOS MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES : -Vous êtes le point de contact principal pour l'équipage avec accès au plus haut niveau de direction. Vous rendez compte à la direction du Shipmanager. Ainsi, vous assurez la préparation et la présentation de la certification ISM de la société et des navires, ainsi que le renouvellement des certificats correspondants. Vous transmettez les objectifs aux vessel managers afin de garantir que les performances de la flotte sont conformes aux objectifs de Bourbon. - Vous veillez à ce que les audits internes et les inspections des navires soient conformes au code ISM. Vous animez régulièrement des réunions d'examen de la flotte avec les départements QHSE, Opérations, Armement et Technique afin de vous assurer que les Non Conformités sont correctement clôturées. - Vous veillez à ce que la planification des audits externes et la coordination avec les vessel managers et les capitaines soient suivies conjointement avec le département HSE et qu’ils sont correctement clôturés. - Vous vous assurez que les capitaines disposent des moyens nécessaires pour mener à bien leurs tâches en matière de sécurité opérationnelle et de prévention de la pollution. - Vous veillez à ce que les performances HSE globales correspondent aux attentes groupe. - Vous vous assurez que la veille réglementaire (pavillon, classe, etc.) soit mise en œuvre. - Vous êtes membre de la cellule de crise et participez ainsi aux exercices majeurs du siège social. - Vous veillez à ce que le Ship Security Assessment soit mis à jour au moins une fois par an si le navire ne change pas de zone. - Vous aidez le CSO à améliorer les connaissances et la vigilance des officiers en matière de « sureté » et communiquez sur les alertes de sureté dans les zones concernées. Vous l’aidez également à communiquer sur la prévention de la piraterie, ainsi que sur la gestion des crises et la survie. - Vous aidez le CSO à clôturer les non-conformités et observations internes ou externes relatives au code ISPS. - Enfin, vous mettez en œuvre et suivez les accréditations en matière de sureté et de défense.

VOTRE PROFIL - Vous avez un diplôme universitaire d’études maritimes et justifiez déjà d’une expérience réussie de 5 années en gestion de navires au sein d’une filiale de BOURBON ou dans une société maritime. Une expérience en tant que DPA est un plus. - Vous obtenez des résultats et savez prendre des initiatives, avec une approche décisionnelle fondée sur les faits. - Vous savez représenter Bourbon à l'extérieur, instaurer la confiance et incarner les valeurs de Bourbon en interne et externe, vous veillez à l’efficacité organisationnelle et vous maitrisez les standards maritimes (OVID, OSM, ISM, IMCA, STCW). - Expert en gestion du risque, vous en connaissez les outils et la méthodologie, vous savez mener des évaluations pertinentes, et élaborer les processus associés, tout comme vous mettez en œuvre les plans de gestion des risques. - Capable de convaincre et d’influencer, vous êtes un excellent communiquant (oral et écrit) et vous savez animer des réunions avec aisance, tout comme vous savez vous adapter à vos interlocuteurs. - Dans un contexte international, vous avez une très bonne maitrise du français et de l’anglais (lu, écrit et oral), ainsi que des outils informatiques (Outlook, EXCEL, BI, PowerPoint…) Poste en CDI basé à Marseille, à pourvoir dès que possible. Within this scope, you will be responsible for managing 4 to 5 vessels from the Bourbon Offshore Surf Marine pool (AHTS, PSV, FSIV).
