Manager HSE flotte Crew Boats H/F
Vous accompagnez les équipages Crew Boats (CB) et les équipes shore dans le respect des exigences HSE de BOURBON et de ses clients. Vous managez les HSE Coordinators/officers CB et promouvez la culture HSE auprès du personnel onshore et offshore.
VOS MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES :
Vous contribuez au développement des Standards, assurez le suivi du niveau de conformité HSE et le pilotage des performances/KPIs. Vous participez à l'élaboration du plan annuel HSE et des objectifs pour l'activité Crew boats.
En tant que point de contact HSE auprès des clients, vous déclinez leurs exigences HSE, mettez en œuvre les campagnes associées et préparez/consolidez les reportings avec l'appui des équipes HSE dans les pays.
Vous déployez les campagnes et outils HSE BOURBON au siège et à bord des navires, et préparez les reportings et statistiques HSE relevant de votre périmètre d'activité.
Vous effectuez des visites de navires ainsi que des installations et équipes shore dans les pays, et participez à l'élaboration et au suivi du budget HSE de votre périmètre.
Vous contribuez aux investigations d'incidents (recueil de preuves, témoignages, etc.) et validez les rapports correspondants. Vous préparez les présentations destinées aux clients internes et externes, et assurez le suivi de la mise en œuvre des actions correctives dans les délais impartis.
Vous managez les Coordinateurs HSE et HSE officers de votre périmètre, et accompagnez les équipages des navires dans la gestion des cas médicaux.
Vous êtes en soutien auprès des navires et du management en cas de situations d'urgence et de cellules de crise.
Vous proposez, développez et déployez des actions de communication, formations et projets HSE.
Vous interagissez étroitement avec le management Shipman CB et les équipes opérationnelles, et représentez le Directeur HSE OSV&amp;CB dans les comités externes (maritimes, HSE, administration) ou les comités HSE syndicaux lorsque nécessaire.

VOTRE PROFIL
-          Vous avez un Master I ou II HSE/QHSES ou équivalent et justifiez déjà d’une expérience réussie de 5 à 8 années à un poste équivalent, dans un environnement international, dans l’Oil &amp; Gas ou chez un armateur ce qui serait un plus.
-          Vous disposez d'une solide connaissance des standards et indicateurs HSE. La maîtrise des référentiels maritimes et Oil &amp; Gas (ISM, ISPS…) constitue un atout apprécié.
-          Reconnu(e) pour votre sens analytique, votre rigueur et votre capacité d'adaptation, vous savez évoluer aussi bien en autonomie qu'en équipe. Animer des collectifs de travail vous motive, et vos compétences relationnelles font la différence.
-          Vous avez un bel esprit d’équipe et faites preuve d’un fort engagement et de bonnes qualités relationnelles ; vous êtes un excellent communiquant (oral et écrit) et vous savez animer des réunions avec aisance.
En contexte international, vous avez une très bonne maitrise du français et de l’anglais (lu, écrit et oral), ainsi que des outils informatiques (Outlook, EXCEL, BI, PowerPoint…)
Poste en CDI basé à Marseille, à pourvoir dès que possible.

By joining us, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical availability of one of our client's fleet of vessels, in line with the agreed budget.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:
Participate in the definition of the maintenance budget defined on an annual basis, carry out a monthly control of maintenance costs with the help of the Cost Controller and the Vessel Manager;
Carry out annual allocated vessel’s technical inspections;
Ensure hierarchical management of Chief Engineers on his fleet; 
Support and improve fleet HSE culture through preventive actions deployment and incidents investigation commitment;
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet in accordance with Bourbon standards by supervising the execution of maintenance processes. 
We are looking for two professionals to form a B2B team.
The position is based in ANGOLA and operates on a B2B rotation, with a schedule of 6–8 weeks ON/ 6–8 weeks OFF.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
You are the ideal candidate if you possess the following professional and personal competencies:
Thorough knowledge of ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, STCW standards.
Proficiency in CMMS tools and Bourbon maintenance procedures.
Ability to analyze, investigate and lead technical projects.
Functional coordination and project management skills.
Leadership, priority management, attention to detail and pedagogical skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Chief Engineer certificate or maritime equivalent;
Managerial experience onboard or within a shipping company&lt;br /&gt;

S'assurer que les incidents font l'objet d'une enquête dans le périmètre de sa flotte afin de faire ressortir les causes profondes et de mettre en oeuvre des mesures correctives si nécessaire.Ensure technical incidents investigation is done in his fleet perimeter in order to bring out root causes and implement corrective actions as necessary.
