Coordinateur Achats H/F

Au sein du Département Supply Chain, vous contribuez à la performance Procurement dans le cadre des projets de maintenance des navires BOURBON (PMP – Planned Maintenance Plan).
Vous garantissez, conformément au processus Lean PMP, la disponibilité des matériels et l’exécution des prestations achetées, dans le respect des délais de livraison, ainsi que des accords contractuels et logistiques.
Vous veillez au strict respect des exigences Supply Chain et du processus PMP.
Vous agissez comme interface entre les PMP Project Managers et les équipes Supply Chain BOURBON, notamment pour :

VOS MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES :
- Coordination et pilotage des achats
Vous assurez le respect des délais définis par les parties prenantes (Purchase Requisitions, RFQ, Purchase Orders, paiements, expéditions) et vous appliquez rigoureusement les processus Procurement Groupe (fournisseurs référencés, RFQ multi-fournisseurs, bid analysis). Vous participez aux PMP Kick-Off Meetings et réunions de suivi, vous coordonnez les parties prenantes en gardant une vision globale des projets PMP afin d’anticiper les contraintes et garantir la performance end-to-end.
Gestion des commandes – sous contrat
Vous créez et émettez les purchase orders conformément aux contrats existants et vous veillez à la bonne application des incoterms et des conditions contractuelles.
Gestion des commandes – hors contrat (sourcing)
Avec le support des Category Managers si nécessaire, vous identifiez et sélectionnez les fournisseurs, négociez les meilleures conditions (prix, qualité, délais, incoterms), vous assurez de l’acceptation des Terms &amp; Conditions par les fournisseurs.
Suivi des commandes et logistique (end-to-end)
Vous suivez les flux de transport vers les hubs et les navires avec les équipes logistiques et vous êtes le point de contact principal pour le suivi des commandes et livraisons. Vous alertez en cas de retard ou anomalie et veillez à la mise en œuvre d’actions correctives et vous mobilisez les parties prenantes en cas de problématique spécifique.
Performance fournisseurs &amp; amélioration continue
Vous fournissez un feedback régulier sur la performance fournisseurs, analysez les achats en fin de cycle PMP (KPI, Lessons Learnt),analysez les CAPEX Purchase Requisitions et animez les réunions de clôture et vous partagez les retours d’expérience avec les Buyers. Vous proposez des plans d’amélioration pour optimiser la performance globale.

VOTRE PROFIL
-          Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme Bac +2/3 en Procurement ou Supply Chain. Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire. Une expérience dans l’industrie maritime offshore constitue un véritable atout.
-          Vous disposez d’une solide maîtrise des processus Procurement, d’une bonne connaissance des incoterms et des règles de transport et d’une capacité d’analyse des performances fournisseurs.
-          Rigoureux, vous êtes organisé et réactif. Orienté résultats et amélioration continue, vous savez travailler sous pression et gérer les priorités,
-          Vous avez un bel esprit d’équipe et faites preuve d’un fort engagement et d’excellentes qualités relationnelles ; vous avez une communication proactive.
-          En contexte international, vous avez une très bonne maitrise du français et de l’anglais (lu, écrit et oral), ; en plus des outils informatiques (Outlook, MS Office, BI, …) vous maîtrisez les outils ERP / P2P (Oracle PO, SmartPal).

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:
Participate in the definition of the maintenance budget defined on an annual basis, carry out a monthly control of maintenance costs with the help of the Cost Controller and the Vessel Manager;
Carry out annual allocated vessel’s technical inspections;
Ensure hierarchical management of Chief Engineers on his fleet;

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet in accordance with Bourbon standards by supervising the execution of maintenance processes. 
We are looking for two professionals to form a B2B team.
The position is based in ANGOLA and operates on a B2B rotation, with a schedule of 6–8 weeks ON/ 6–8 weeks OFF.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
