Your Responsibilities:

As a Vessel Project Manager Guyana, your mission will be to manage all aspects of the Vessel project in accordance with contractual obligations and Bourbon project management standards, undertaken safely.
Your main tasks will be:
Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams (QHSE, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Ship Manager…), organize regular meetings, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Operations &amp; Mobilization: Supervise vessel on-hire processes, ensure smooth contract deployment, and align operational planning with contractual requirements.
Client Relationship: Represent Bourbon in client meetings, conduct regular reviews, monitor satisfaction, manage claims, and secure repeat business.
HSE Management: Ensure the implementation and monitoring of Bourbon’s HSE management systems, demonstrating strong and visible commitment to safety and quality.
Reporting &amp; Financials: Deliver weekly/monthly project reports, monitor KPIs, validate financial statements, and ensure accurate invoicing and cash collection.
Contract Profitability: In charge of operating margin as per final offer client/contracting, garanties revenues as per contract
Support &amp; Strategy: Contribute to tendering activities, manage Variation Orders, oversee subcontractors, and capture lessons learned.

The job is open t on a rotational schedule of 7 weeks ON/7 weeks OFF or 6 weeks ON/6 weeks OFF TBD&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your Profile:
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Maritime Studies.
Proven experience in contract and project management within the offshore or maritime industry.
Strong knowledge of contractual, financial, and operational processes.
Solid HSE background and strong client-oriented mindset.
Leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Fluent in professional English (written and spoken).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Minimum level of education required : &lt;/b&gt;4 - Master's degree (4-5 years)&lt;br /&gt;

Your main role as Docking Superintendent is to supervise execution of PMP from start to completion at Shipyards (mainly 3rd parties Drydock or Service Companies) and ensure that PMP project is executed on time and budget on site, through application of International and BOURBON standards for CrewBoat's vessel drydock activities

Your tasks will be to:
- Share PMP Project with shipyards, animate the PMP meeting with the shipyard
- Check completion as per PMP Planning &amp; budget and report daily progress
- Request, check and manage Shipyard Variation Order
- Update vessel tasks in CMSS as per necessary when done
-  Evaluate Shipyard performance including strong points /weaknesses
-   Identify process / tools to improve drydocking efficiency
- Ensure HSE standards are applied by Shipyards trough Shipyard HSE plan check
- Ensure work preparation are performed prior any work with validation, and that appropriate supervision is in place as per necessary internally and / or from Shipyard
- Follow weekly the cost with support cost controller&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your profile:
- You have technical expertise in vessels including mechanics/propulsion/electricity/piping
- You have technical knwoledge of fast CrewBoat aluminium built
- You have already managed drydock shipyard suppliers
- You speak French
- You have already managed sub-contractors
- You have at least 5 years as Chief Engineer or Technical Superintendent
- Chief Engineer minimum 3000KW


This position is a flying position, you will be appointed ti where the PMP is located&lt;br /&gt;
