Your Responsibilities:

As a Vessel Project Manager Guyana, your mission will be to manage all aspects of the Vessel project in accordance with contractual obligations and Bourbon project management standards, undertaken safely.
Your main tasks will be:
Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams (QHSE, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Ship Manager…), organize regular meetings, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Operations &amp; Mobilization: Supervise vessel on-hire processes, ensure smooth contract deployment, and align operational planning with contractual requirements.
Client Relationship: Represent Bourbon in client meetings, conduct regular reviews, monitor satisfaction, manage claims, and secure repeat business.
HSE Management: Ensure the implementation and monitoring of Bourbon’s HSE management systems, demonstrating strong and visible commitment to safety and quality.
Reporting &amp; Financials: Deliver weekly/monthly project reports, monitor KPIs, validate financial statements, and ensure accurate invoicing and cash collection.
Contract Profitability: In charge of operating margin as per final offer client/contracting, garanties revenues as per contract
Support &amp; Strategy: Contribute to tendering activities, manage Variation Orders, oversee subcontractors, and capture lessons learned.

The job is open t on a rotational schedule of 7 weeks ON/7 weeks OFF or 6 weeks ON/6 weeks OFF TBD&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your Profile:
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Maritime Studies.
Proven experience in contract and project management within the offshore or maritime industry.
Strong knowledge of contractual, financial, and operational processes.
Solid HSE background and strong client-oriented mindset.
Leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Fluent in professional English (written and spoken).&lt;br /&gt;

Produce qualitative and concise financial analyses to explain variances and support decision- making
Challenge operational teams (Vessel manager, Crewing manager, etc.) on financial performance, acting as a credible and solution-oriented partner
 Participate in management reviews and contribute to budget arbitration preparation
Provide clear, qualitative and concise reporting and analysis explaining deviations from standards
Propose corrective actions and cost optimization levers
Contribute to monthly closing
Work closely with accounting to ensure proper recording of accruals in line with operational activity. 
Ensure appropriate provisioning levels at each monthly closing by securing commitments and completeness of expenses
Ensure high quality and reliability of reported figures and their analytical segmentation
Ensure compliance with cost management standards and procedures
Budgeting and forecasting
 Lead the preparation of vessel budgets in close collaboration with operational departments while ensuring completeness and consistency of forecastsEnsure accurate cost allocation and proactively flag any exceptional expenses or potential budget risks in support of annual budget preparation and forecasting exercises.
Continuous improvement &amp; adhoc analyse

- Share PMP Project with shipyards, animate the PMP meeting with the shipyard

- Update vessel tasks in CMSS as per necessary when done
-  Evaluate Shipyard performance including strong points /weaknesses

- Ensure HSE standards are applied by Shipyards trough Shipyard HSE plan check
- Ensure work preparation are performed prior any work with validation, and that appropriate supervision is in place as per necessary internally and / or from Shipyard

Your profile:
- You have technical expertise in vessels including mechanics/propulsion/electricity/piping
