By joining us, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical availability of one of our client's fleet of vessels, in line with the agreed budget.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:
Participate in the definition of the maintenance budget defined on an annual basis, carry out a monthly control of maintenance costs with the help of the Cost Controller and the Vessel Manager;
Carry out annual allocated vessel’s technical inspections;
Ensure hierarchical management of Chief Engineers on his fleet; 
Support and improve fleet HSE culture through preventive actions deployment and incidents investigation commitment;
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet in accordance with Bourbon standards by supervising the execution of maintenance processes. 
We are looking for two professionals to form a B2B team.
The position is based in ANGOLA and operates on a B2B rotation, with a schedule of 6–8 weeks ON/ 6–8 weeks OFF.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
You are the ideal candidate if you possess the following professional and personal competencies:
Thorough knowledge of ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, STCW standards.
Proficiency in CMMS tools and Bourbon maintenance procedures.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

More precisely, your main responsabilities will be:
Team &amp; Fleet Management:Manage Fleet Management team in country;
Cascade operational objectives to ensure the performance of CB’s fleet are on line with Bourbon objective and yearly plan;
Ensure to embody BOURBON’s values and D&amp;I policies within your team.
Fleet alignment with Clients &amp; Bourbon's standards:Be responsible for the implementation of Crew boat Standards within your scope; 
Ensure fleet is compliant with Standards (flag/ISM/clients/ Bourbon for Operations, Crewing, HSE, Technical);
Ensure compliance with ISM/ISPS Certification (voluntary for units less than 500 UMS);
Supervise Vetting clients including OCIMF OVIQ/OVID standards;
Ensure coordination with SRC, Crewing and HSE management and teams in country.
Spread HSE / Safety &amp; Security culture:Ensure delivery of Fleet Safety / Security messages and procedures;
Manage Cell crisis in case of events in country;
Supervise / Lead investigations as per needed at local level;
Ensure implementation of corrective actions and follow-up;
Check the HSE practices on-board and clarify/explain to your team HSE policies, documents forms, records;
Ensure application of security measures for vessels and crew. 
Fleet utilization &amp; Fleet technical availability : Guarantee fleet operational availability for operations;
Optimize fleet utilization rate &amp; minimise downtime (technical, vetting inspection, crew availability, transit);
Ensure technical reliability on daily basis through maintenance;
Ensure fast repair after technical breakdown with technical resources.
Fleet budget: Define &amp; follow-up Fleet Budget;
Align budget with Crew Boat operational objectives;
Liaise with Cost Control Team for expenditures Follow-up (track actual vs budget, analysis, explain variances, request extra budget demands);
Manage fleet claims.
Business Enabler:Support the Commercial Team in charge of the Crew Boat Fleet during tendering &amp; Project Execution Phase for local operations, costs and support;
Propose corrective actions for vessels in service linked to fleet / technical management. 
Application of Fleet standards at local level: Follow Fleet position and tracking;
Use CB tools; 
Propose Carbon reduction initiatives and implement when validated;
Propose updates to SMS (procedures, check list etc).

Position based in ANGOLA, on a rotational schedule of 6-8 weeks ON/6-8 weeks OFF&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
To succeed in this role, you will bring international experience as Operations Manager + Fleet Manager (fleet of 10-15 units).
Holding a Master's degree/a Chief Engineer Certificate/an Engineering degree/a Maritime qualification, you demonstrate the following competencies:

Atteinte de la conformité fiscale :
Sous la supervision hiérarchique du Regional Financial Controller Finance le titulaire du poste aura pour mission de :
Superviser et assurer la conformité des déclarations fiscales des entités de la zone, en veillant à la correcte préparation, production, revue, validation des principales obligations déclaratives fiscales (IS, retenues à la source, TVA, taxes indirectes, autres obligations fiscales déclaratives), dans le respect des délais et des exigences documentaires locales.
Participer à l’harmonisation ou l’amélioration continue des processus de tax compliance déclarative sur le périmètre des entités concernées (via des calendriers fiscaux, procédures, outils ERP ou IT, tableaux de bord) ;
Contribuer à la veille fiscale dans la zone et à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques déclaratives fiscales auprès des équipes concernées ;
Fiabiliser les processus déclaratifs, les remontées et qualités d’informations, et la conservation d’une documentation complète, cohérente et exploitable en cas de contrôle fiscal, et veiller à ce que les positions fiscales des entités concernées soient correctement documentées.

Assistance dans la gestion des contrôles fiscaux sur la zone :
Sous la supervision fonctionnelle de la Direction Juridique et Fiscale Groupe :
Assurer toutes les productions nécessaires à la conduite par la Direction Juridique et Fiscale du Groupe des contrôles fiscaux en prenant en charge la coordination avec les directions comptables, financières ou opérationnelles locales, Country Manager, conseils externes et les administrations fiscales ;
Contribuer aux stratégies de réponse ; assurer la consolidation des positions ou contributions techniques ;
 Faire et/ou coordonner toutes les réconciliations entre les déclarations fiscales contrôlées, les états comptables ou financiers, les données support ;
Organiser et assister à tout rendez-vous de procédure avec l’Administration fiscale locale compétente en présence obligatoire des conseils externes ;
Participer au suivi de la procédure fiscale en gérant les demandes d’informations, notifications ou les réclamations de l’administration ;
Coordonner et participer aux travaux de Reporting Groupe concernant les contentieux ou précontentieux fiscaux ;
 Appliquer les standards, processus et procédures internes de la Direction Juridique et Fiscale de gestion des contrôles fiscaux (notamment en matière de compliance). 

Poste basé au Gabon, au Congo ou au Cameroun, avec déplacements fréquents en Afrique&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure (bac + 5) en Comptabilité ou Finance, idéalement complétée d’une formation en fiscalité, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative d’au moins 5 ans, acquise au sein d’un groupe international, et/ou d’un cabinet d’expertise comptable, d’audit ou d’avocats, avec une exposition concrète à la gestion des problématiques de revues fiscales multi-pays en Afrique. Vous maîtrisez également les règles comptables OHADA.

Deploye BOURBON HSE campaigns and tools in head Office and onboard vessels 

Support vessels and Bourbon management in case of emergency situations
Prepare and deploy HSE communications and trainings &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Visits vessels according to an established planning and issue visit reports
Contribute to incidents investigations (collect evidences, statements, etc.) and prepare presentations for clients. Monitors on site the implementation of corrective actions
Manage HSE Supervisors within his perimeter
Support vessel crews in the management of medical cases
Support vessels and Bourbon management in case of emergency situations
Prepare and deploy HSE communications and trainings &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Minimum level of education required : &lt;/b&gt;4 - Master's degree (4-5 years)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Language / Level : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
English : 4 - Professional ++++&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Language / Level : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
French : 3 - Advanced +++&lt;br /&gt;
