Roles and responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee the internal and external manning audit program, ensuring effective planning, execution follow-up, and reporting.

- Support audit activities performed by designated MLC Auditors.

- Assist in the communication with external manning agencies.

- Liaise with the appointed qualified MLC Auditors to ensure audits are properly scheduled and executed.

- Track audit findings (non-conformities, Observations and recommendations) within the set timelines.

- Ensure the escalation of corrective and preventive actions not closed on time.

- Support to investigate on matters related to the root cause of actions not closed.

-Provide visibility on audit status, trends in recurring findings and risks and improvement areas.

-Consolidate audit results and prepare reports for the relevant stakeholders.

-Review the stakeholder satisfaction reports and recommend improvements for the relevant stakeholders.

-Ensure consistency and quality in the audit coordination, reporting, and tracking.

-Support to conduct market analysis as required.

-Support to build audit capability of the audit team.

-Contribute to the improvement of audit tools, templates, and processes.

-Participate in audits alongside qualified auditors as part of development.

-Perform any other cognate duties as required by the Management.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

-Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or any other alternate relevant qualification.

-Hold  as minimum 3 years of experience in Manning operations, Audit Risks/ Compliance or Quality function.

-Exposure to audits and/or compliance processes would be an advantage.

-Ability to lead audit engagements and provide guidance as required.

-Analytical mindset with exposure to work with large volume data.

-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

-Able to challenge constructively and influence discussions.
